Pup E Tails, Torrance CA

My dog ended up there for 6 hours. She is TRAUMATIZED.shaking and nervous. I get it. We walked in. They made it like it was an easy yes. She got picked up at 8: 50pm (yes almost 9pm) and was dropped off around 2pm. Not to mention she’s all uneven. Underneath her tail still had hair and her ears are uneven and underneath her belly. Doesn’t looked brushed or combed out. Ponytail rushed. Didn’t even get close to what was asked (picture was included). She doesn’t smell like anything like did they use Dawn? Also there was a lot of cats. So. NO.do not go.

Their schedule is flexible. No need to set up an appointment, walk-ins are welcome. The friendly staff makes a lot of difference as well.

Super informative. Absolutely best prices. Always feel nervous leaving our dog but when they were finished it was like she was a new dog! Very pleased with the results! Thank you Pup E Tails! Will definitely be going back.

It wasn't bad but I was not extremely satisfied either. The owner was very nice and you can tell she loves animals. I was looking for a last minute groomer and they took my baby right in. My dog was FILTHY as he was digging holes in my husband's granny backyard in LA and when I got home to Oceanside after I picked my Dobe up from Pup E Tails, I wiped him with a baby wipe and there was NO dirt! However, he did not look moisturized (owner did spray oil on him after I brought it up) and he did not smell like a bath (maybe unscented shampoo?). I also had to wipe his face because he still had eye boogers, but my Doberman's body was clean. If you're looking for five stars, I would recommend Sydnees Pet Grooming in Oceanside, if you are ever in the area. Pup E Tail, overall, is pretty good as well!

Week Before Thanksgiving Was able to walk in and get my dog bathed. Good service and caring.

I took my cat for the first time and they did a terrible job They asked if I wanted him lion cut and I said no but they still did it. He was left with patches and uneven hair lines no bath just wiped down with wipes and sprayed with animal perfume.
The next day we noticed he got raiser burns under his arms and stomach, my poor baby suffered! Please don't take ur animal here!

I recently adopted a rescue poodle mix dog and tried this place for the first time. I walked in with no appointment. They washed him, gave him a trim and brushed his teeth. I loved their work they did an awesome job on my fur baby. Definitely coming back and making this place Tobys groomer.

As the famous words go, you get what you pay for. I dropped my cat off around 9am because they said they can easily get her in for a cut. When I showed up around 5pm they told me they couldn’t really cut her hair. When they brought her out she had her back cut but nothing else. I then returned at 6: 30 and had to help to get my cat trimmed a little more. At the end of the day I had to go purchase my own trimmers and finish the cut at home. It’s very frustrating to know my cat was just stuck in an enclosure for no reason. If you have any sympathy for your pets please find another groomer.

The groomer here is super nice and knowledgeable. Any question you may have in regards to ur furbaby she had great information. My stubborn and difficult French Bulldog Coco loves her and actually behaves when we go in to have her nails trimmed. Highly suggest that all of y'all out there with fur babies to check them out.

They did a great job on my Shih Tzu Simba. Staff is very personable. If you need your dog groomed, I would recommend this place.

This place is awsome i been taking my maltese blanca here. 9th time to be e×act and have not had any complaints on my end.always welcoming and always takes blanca even tho sometimes its last min.

Charlie and Kim are great people. We were trying them for the 1st time and they were so open to the specifics of how we wanted him to look. They did a great job. We will be back.

The staff is great the owner is a doctor dolittle with my dogs. Very clean place, great service.
