Very kind customer service they always make sure my pup is in good hands and she isn’t scared compared to another grooming place I would take her. The pricing is also very good and not to expensive been coming here ever since

I’ve take my dogs here for over a year and they’ve consistently been amazing. The staff is great and my dogs are always taken care of.

Puppy Love was a great experience for both me and my fur baby. They wanted to know exactly what I wanted in terms of grooming, and did a great job with it. My girl is smelling as good and feeling as soft days later as when I first picked her up. Their prices were also the best in the area. We will definitely be coming back to Puppy Love for all our future grooming needs!

This place caused harm to my pet. I had to take her to the vet after. Please make a wise choice when looking for a groomer, this isn’t it!

The only groomer we trust with our socially anxious, sometimes grumpy floof. Whether it's a summer cut for the hot months, or a clean up because of matting or maybe just a trim, DJ always comes out looking like a new dog.
Always kind to us and our dog.
Really appreciate that they call before doing anything not initially ask for instead of assuming.

I brought my dog here for the first time last weekend. Very nice place on the inside. When it was time for me to pick up my dog, she received little treats (which she ate as soon as we got to the car) and she was wearing a pink bandana, cute

This was only my puppies first time there so I can't give to much of a review. He was shaking like a leaf when I picked him up I'm sure from just being scared and a new experience. They did a good job cutting the hair on his face. They said it was a little cut to get him started.

I had all the fleas removed off of my dog and have them put front line on plus brush the dog out because she’s shedding a lot she came home hairy still smells bad and covered in fleas I’m so upset

I gave it away to see if it would get any better and there are more fleas they gave her Frontline I paid $60 for frontline!

They were negligent and gauged my dogs back leg in 3 places and blamed us. Blamed us for the dog being too matted, even though they had fully brushed her out less than a month earlier for a photo shoot.
They also accused us of not taking care of the wound in a timely manner. They refused to give us a refund or reimburse us for a cone or medication. Beware of this groomer, because if they cut your dog, they will blame you and do nothing to compensate you.
This cut was no accident. It was negligent. A Nick is an accident. Not a flesh wound in 3 separate places.
The owner asked me to take my daughters Yelp review down and he might reimburse us. I said no, so he decided he wouldn’t take responsibility. The very very least they could have done was send my daughter and my dog home with some medication.
You would think after 4 years, they would know who owns the dog and give me a call. My daughter is not me. It is not her dog. And I certainly don’t appreciate their insinuation that I neglect my dog. Trash business.

I've tried a lot of pet groomers in my area (Highland Park) and this is my new go-to for my dog. The establishment is really well-kept and welcoming when you walk in. The staff is really kind and you can tell they love what they do. The groomer even came out to follow up on how my dog did during her visit which was nice considering he was clearly busy. The cut was exactly what I was looking for, my pup smelled amazing, and they even put little bows on her ears!

Best groomer in town, drive all the way from the east side just to bring my poodle here. Super happy with end results and everyone there is super nice!

Just took my puppy here for his first haircut. They did an amazing job and great with time. Extremely surprised he let them do a full job! Couldn’t be happier.
