Brewery Pure Project reviews
20First off, amazing staff. They are kind, knowledgeable, and funny. Second, the beer is outstanding. Visiting from PDX this was my one request of a place to stop.
Friendly folks working. Small space. We didn’t take to the offerings we tried hence the rating.
Ashley was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful for a first time goer. Wide range of beers with something for everyone. Delicious!
Super great local craft brewery. They brew many beer styles and they are all awesome. Indoor and outdoor seating. Dog friendly. The Miramar location has food trucks on select days.
Excellent atmosphere, delicious beer, what more could you ask for? Linden & Ashley were wonderful!
The best brewery in San Diego? Perhaps. Across the board, all styles nailed. From pilsner to west coast ipa and hazy, mixed ferm. Very impressive stuff. And to top it off the service was the best we experienced in SD. Devon, the barman, is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic but also a great
dude. Come here!
Line out the door since I arrived. Devin and Luc have been rocking it out, being super friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable to every person. Awesome customer service, super diverse beer menu.
Great brewery putting our delicious beers! One of the best stops on our trip to San Diego. A variety of beer styles on tap that showcase what a great brewery they are.
This was our 1st stop of the day on our list of breweries we were visiting for the day and it got us off to a great start. The staff was friendly and easy to have a conversation with. I got a flight that comes with your choice of 5. I got the Rove Adventure Beer, Rain, Tropical Mist, Sacred Space, Never Say Never. They were all very smooth and make for a great beer to have while just relaxing. Never Say Never is a Amber Ale and I dare say this is probably the best Amber Ale I’ve ever had. Thanks for the great time.
Wonderful beers, ambiance, and staff. I can't say enough about the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. Seriously, go to this brewery!
Great beer and service! Micheal was great and explained the beers to us well. Cool atmosphere, and a food truck out front.
Pure Project has many locations in SD and this is a smaller location with not a lot of room inside but plenty of outdoor room. As with all the PP location there is almost fifty types of yummy beer. I had a flight for $30 which is kind of steep but it is Average for SD. There is just one bathroom and the line can get long.
Amazing brewery experience. World class beers, something for everyone. TIPAs and Quads are top notch. Keep an eye out for their limited bottle release.
Luke and Tonada were SO helpful in picking out some great beers and also answering a bunch of my questions about services and hops and everything in between — 20/10 service, they were both so cool and the beer was amazing
I've been to pure project about quite a few times and I definitely have to say they never miss the brewther Best Beer The nahhh every other beer company out of the park. They make other beer look like Corona and Modelo. Their beer is top-tier and I definitely will recommend them to anyone looking for a good taste.
Tanata and Luke were very helpful and knowledgeable about the different beers! I got a flight and the variety of beers they had were all bomb. The drinks and service were great!
The Miramar location of Pure Project is nice, if small. There’s usually seating even on the busier nights, though the space is a tad cramped. Love the beer—it’s certainly some of the best in town. The prices here aren’t insane either. Staff is fun, atmosphere is chill, and they’ve got a big rotating selection of inventive brews. Certainly a good stop while visiting Miramar breweries or just hanging out with a couple friends.
Great beer and ambiance. In an industrial park but don't let that deter you. I love that they have a variety of styles but execute all of them well.
Loved the beers here and the exotic names. The staff at the brewery was quite helpful and knowledgeable. I preferred the lighter ones versus the syrupy caramelised ones. Absolutely loved the range here.
They had 20 beers on tap, and at least 12 you could get in a growler. They had a food truck there that was good. Lots of patio seating that was well lit for when we were there after sunset.
We went here soon after they first opened many years ago and they only had fancy expensive growlers back then. I'm glad to see they now have standard glass growlers.
Whenever I see their beers on tap at restaurants and such I know I'm in for a good time. This tap room is more of the same. We will definitely be coming back here. The music choice when we were there was also quite good.
