Purely Storage - Atwater 2

Amerika was so helpful and sweet in my search for storage solutions! Her service was fast and professional, I'll definitely be coming back as a new renter thanks to her!

My sister and I share a storage here I use it more often than her but every time I go to pay Amerika is always there with a good and positive attitude

I didn’t end up renting but the front desk manager Amerika made me feel very taken care of. She was very welcoming and friendly I would definitely rent here when I need it.

I had a very good experience at Purely Storage. From the first call to move in things were orderly and stress-free. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this team.

Unethical, Deceitful, and Fraudulent Business Practices

On or about of March they had placed their own lock onto my storage and denied entry without [ANY] disclosure while placed a ransom charge of $541. All bills had been paid in full prior too and I had all receipts reflecting such which was issued by them that I had made [ALL] successful payments on time. Still to this date as of October 25 2022 my storage and my belongings are being held hostage. Not only being an elderly disabled woman, with little to no energy to be taken advantage of, they literally had physically assaulted me which I had no choice but to file a police report. They have gone too far. This company will even forged documentations before a judge even knowing that I have receipts with their letterhead, so make sure they sign each receipt they give you to prevent forgery if you do elect to put your belongings at risk.

I’m excited to get this storage right next to my house. Not only the convenience of it all. Very clean and friendly office personal.

Great experience at this storage facility! Even though I didn't get to meet her, Amerika was great, and just made my personal experience to get my storage here very reliable and easy as I could not be able to go in before office closing hrs. Highly recommend this place. Keep up the good work.

We had a great experience renting with America. The facility was very clean and she was courteous, quick and efficient. The prices were great and she honored the website and even allowed us to receive the complementary lock. The tour was very fast and the advice was priceless.

We've had nothing but issues with this place.
One time our lock was cut off and left unlocked. They have an A and B side with same numbers. They cut the wrong one off and we were luck we came when we did. They gave us a new lock.
The bill was automatically deducted from my wife's account for over a year. The when I needed to go there I couldn't enter. They said lack of payment. For some reason they put someone else's name on the account. Looks like someone did some shady stuff with the books or stole people's information. We talked to several individuals and they just waved late fees but couldn't tell why the mix up.
We set up payment AGAIN and I went to get stuff out early in the morning the gate wouldn't open. I had to come back a 9am. They didn't set up the payments.
This place is a JOKE! RAISED PRICES EVERY FEW MONTHS FOR THIS. IM DONE!
