Purify Sauna Lounge, Anaheim CA

Half of the saunas in this place don’t work properly and they won’t fix it. Last time I got room 3 which was not working properly. I left after 15 minutes and asked the stuff not to charge me for that session because of the issue with the sauna. Besides not working lamps, it also had a giant crack in the door. It would not close all the way. The staff said they will charge me even though I left after 15 minutes and was rude and handled it in a very unprofessional manner. And that’s after me being a loyal customer there for 5 years! I will not be buying more sessions there. Good job girls! You will run this business to the ground with your customer service skills.

This place is awesome; I love it. Its clean and relaxing. The young people that work there are very nice and accommodating.

This place is amazing. The facility is so clean, the sauna never smells and the ambiance is so relaxing. The staff members are so nice and always helpful. I had to cancel my membership for a bit and they were so accommodating not pushy like other places. Once I was able to go back it was just as easy to sign up as the first time. Love this place and totally recommend it.

I originally tried Purify out with ClassPass and I M SO happy I did. I have a pretty stressful job and this is honestly one place I’ve found brings me so much peace. It’s really one of the few times during the week where I leave my phones outside of the sauna, am free of media, work, and so on, and am forced by the heat to be calm, breathe and meditate. I never thought I’d find heat to be this soothing but it really has become something that I need at least once a week. The staff are so kind, friendly, helpful and understanding and I absolutely adore this place. If you want to try something new and aren’t sure, I’m telling you it’s worth it. They also have the cryo thing which I’ve used once.it was.well, cold? Lol Heat is more my thing haha OH they have eucalyptus infused moist towels, water and other drinks available as well. ️️️

A nice private sauna with adjustable lights, TV, music, and complimentary peppermint and eucalyptus ice water towels to cool off. There are saunas with multiple sizes and even an infrared option to accommodate personal taste.

I have recently purchased their unlimited membership.
The environment is clean and very welcoming.
You are treated with great respect and get to enjoy the benefits of the infrared treatment.

Wet towels with amazing essential oils make the treatment that much more enjoyable, for are an athlete like myself The recovery and time to visualize is invaluable.

For everyday life, i have found this time essential as I use this time to meditate & find peace of mind.

I highly recommend this location
