Worst experience ever. The security guard gave me creepy vibes and made me feel genuinely uncomfortable. The owner was also extremely rude. Had to leave. Not even worth it.

The staff, security and everyone who works here are always the best. They always ate so helpful and patient. They work so so so hard here! I give them the props they deserve everytime i visit! Appreciate you guys

The staff are very knowledgeable about the products. I go for anxiety and pain and they always know what to prescribe for me. I'm not looking to get all high, I really use medicinally. Kudos to the staff!

I have been coming to this place for over a decade and I have never had a bad experience. They always hire staff that are knowledgeable and sooo friendly. It's nice to see the evolution over time and now with the pandemic I am happy to see such a flexible but dependable place when most places are struggling, you can count on Purple Lotus to roll with the times and be a consistent leader and and best in its class.

Decent prices and savings regular but quality selection for there flower.lots of pre roll and edibles both quantity and quality. Good concentrates for good price love resin or anything tested above 80% higly recommended. Pre ground shake is not that good, however there new monitors and displays are nice and they are currently making the spot look more visually appealing.

Went couple times there, over-priced and weak indica flower.smoking it as I'm writing this review.over 90 bucks for 3.5.time to explore other dispensaries, shop around.

Awesome variety of products. Usually have some pretty good deals if you keep up with their social media or sign up for text alerts. Staff is very helpful. Had issues with my order but they were quick to resolve it. Would recommend 100%.

Purple lotus the got fire.purple lotus in san jose on commercial street delivers cannabis fast I was amazed. The cannabis delivery service was the fastest in san jose. I got connected gushers and raw garden carts in under an hour for delivery. I cant believe the delivery was under an hour. Its important to me because I need quick weed when im in san jose. Next time I will order delivery for next day discounts because they have the best deals for delivery HANDS DOWN

So I’ve been going to Purple Lotus since they were on Jackson and I’m so proud of how far this company has grown. It’s obvious that they got some fire a** weed, but the experience of going to this dispensary is priceless. I gotta give a huge shoutout to my long time friend, Syonna (she works the front desk) for always giving me a heads up whenever they have deals. So make sure you say hi to her and tell her “SAL” sent you:) Speaking of deals, here and there they do specials and discount some products and they’re usually great deals. On top of that, they have a great loyalty program where you can rack up credit and eventually use that for discounts at anytime you’d like. Wish they would fine tune their pre order execution. A couple times I have come and my order was not available even though I received a confirmation text. Most recently the product I ordered was out of stock despite getting a text saying my order was packed and ready. When I arrived I was offered something double the price and given no other alternative that was near the price of my original order. I only brought a specific amount of cash and had to leave without getting anything. Big waste if my time. Usually a pretty solid place though.
