Editing my review- there was no description or information as to how my mattress would be delivered. Which is by FedEx. Or how the old mattress would be removed. Which is a completely different company than purple or FedEx- that is very difficult to schedule with… not to mention my delivery date has changed 4 times now so I have to keep rescheduling so I have a mattress to sleep on in the meantime.

The purchasing experience was very simple. Ashwin helped me pick a mattress that was best for me and my sleeping style
In person service was amazing, I got to try the pillow and I bought it right away. Would highly recommend coming in store if you’re thinking of buying or are just curious, it is really different in person.
This weekend Sophia helped me find the right mattress for me and I can not wait for it to comes in. My experience was amazing and I will be back for pillows, for sure! I will be telling all my friends and family!
I went in for a pillow and walked out with mattress and pillows. The combined comfort of both mattress and pillows are impressive. White Glove delivery service was quick 3 days. Staff at the Santa Clara Purple store was excellent.
Honestly can say this showroom made it about 1000x less painful to buy a new mattress than I imagined. We got to try a few different models, plus extras like pillows and sheets. We actually enjoyed the mattresses enough to make a purchase the same day, though if we change our minds we have 100 days to back out which is nice. Our salesperson (Day) was super friendly, helpful, and honest. He did not try to upsell us or anything, and was pretty honest on what he could vouch for himself versus what he couldn't. Having a fun and honest salesperson made the whole experience that much better and so far I'm happy to have given them our business; and only have taken an hour of my day to do it!
Came in 3 times just to make sure we wanted to splurge on a purple mattress and each time, Dayan gave us amazing customer service. There were never any upselling or pressure, just a man that loves the product. Thanks to Dayan, we ended up with two pillows and a purple mattress premier 3. Loving the product so far!
The store was nicely organized and clean. Our store associate, Andrew, was very welcoming and helpful. We were very happy with our visit!

I went in last weekend to get my mattress I had amazing customer service sophia’s the best!
The staff is amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable. Nayelli and Andrew helped me with my complex order and helped me getting the best deals. They went the extra mile for me and really have my interests at heart. Overall very good experience with this store and I highly recommended it.
Hours updates by business 4 days ago with Sundays close at 8pm.
Arrived at store at 7pm and it was already closed.
At least update your hours accurately if you cant afford to pay your employees with your horrible pillows!
The product is good but the service is terrible.
I bought a pillow a month ago and request for exchange. They said it will be delivered in 3 to 5 business day.
However, they didn’t provided any tracking information and they have took my original order.
A week later, I haven’t received the exchange, I call to customer support and find the exchange doesn’t show up in the system at all.
I have to call to the store and customer support back and forth to resolve this issue. They also give me different instruction from the customer support.
It’s really confusing. I don’t have my pillow for around days and need to wait for more than ten days before the new one arrive.
This is really unacceptable.
I ordered a mattress and a bed. The mattress is fine, but when they went to set up the bed frame it was broken. Now we have to file a warranty claim, wait for customer service to deal with it, and in the meantime we are sleeping on the floor with a broken bed frame and boxes. Now I get emails from customer service apologizing for long wait times. No end in sight for me. As an update, all I have is an “order number” and it says the new base is “in process. ” 3 weeks and counting…
Customer service is awful. They cannot offer any useful and effcient solutions once your product has issue. You have to take a lot of effort to deal with it. Would not recommend to purchase their product anymore in terms of customer service. It makes people super frustrated.
