Nissan Altima 2017 oil change with the coupon still $40 on top recommended to change air filter cost another 40 bucks. I ended up paying $82 for air filter and engine oil change which was pretty bad. I would never go back to this place and go to Walmart.
Walmart charges only $30 for oil change. It’s lot more cheaper and it will be quick. This guy made me wait for one hr.

HEY KNBC, I-TEAM, THIS PLACE NEEDS A VISIT!

Visited on Saturday, September 2,2023 to have both my wife's and my cars smog checked due to the Vanpak coupon. We both arrived when they opened and Kelly tells us it will take hours to do a smog check so do we wish to leave just one car and come back to do the second? My wife and I thought about it a decided to do so. As we were about to leave, Kelly taps on my wife's car window (it's a KIA Soul) and tells us the Soul will be $10 more because the state considers it an SUV. We say OK and leave. We get home at about 8: 30 and at 8: 45 I receive an apologetic phone call from Kelly saying he hadn't had his coffee, his "smog guy" had just arrived and the car would be done in 30-minutes. At about the 9: 00 mark, I receive a second phone call and Kelly tells me I need a new serpentine belt. He tells me it's normally $180 but he'll do it for $150. I say OK since the car (an Optima) has 196,000 miles on it. Kelly calls a third time to say the Optima is done so come on in BUT could we pay in cash because they were having problems with their card reader; I agree. We get back to their place and I ask to see the belt they removed. Kelly goes to the back and disappears. He comes back with the owner? And the discussion changes to payment and paperwork (the DMV registration papers we need to pay the state.) The owner? Tells me it comes to $210.00. Now my wife and I are in a rush (and too trusting) so I pay and the owner? Gives me $1.30 in change (and no receipt!) As we leave I ask to see the belt they removed. Kelly says not in the office. I say OK and stand outside one of the work bays. He brings me a serpentine belt that did have cracks but I have no faith it was "mine. " Well today I take a look at the belt and sure enough, it was not replaced. They ripped me off. The state should shut this place down.

Kelly cheated me! He said he would add transmission fluid and charged me $100. He returned my keys to me 10 minutes later. Could he really do that process in 10 minutes? I think he took my money.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I live in Fontana and have received coupons from them every Wednesday. So I went there yesterday to use the smog coupon and the oil change coupon. He stated the smog was much more than the coupon they advertise. Based on what he said about the smog being much more money: I told him than I will only take the oil change with the coupon and he replied they don’t carry regular oil only Synthetic, and it was much more then the coupon. How do they not carry regular oil? FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! And a waste of time! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! They are just trying to get you in there with coupons that do not work!

I spent 800 for my power steering to get fixed they couldn’t even fix it they’re scammers they better hope I don’t come back up there

My car was leaking gas as i was driving, i didmt notice it until after work, so i went right over to purrfect auto like my Dad had suggested. Evem tho these guys had a car in fromt of me amd they were about to close the manager tooky car amd fixed becaise je didmt want me driving around that way. I really appreciate the comcern and commitment shown to me at this location. Ill def be back. Thanks Guys11

If I could give zero stars I would. I got completely ripped off. The only thing I asked for was an oil change and they came back wanting me to pay $3,500 for things I never asked for. This place is a scam. No one should ever pay anything until the job is done. And they should just do what I asked which was just an oil change. Don’t ever trust this place. Negative stars. Will never be returning again
