I hate to leave bad reviews but I feel others need to beware. I took my truck in because it started running really rough and they had it for about 3 days. They couldn't figure out what was wrong but decided to change the distributor. I'm not sure what they felt but it still ran the same, rough and they thought it ran better. It didn't at all! Then they called and said my power steering pump went out so they had to replace that which I never had any problems with, no noise ore problem steering ever. Obviously the powered steering had nothing to do with how it was running but somehow it all the sudden went out. Anyway, come to find out I need the whole engine rebuilt because the rods are bad according to 2 other mechanics. So this means Puurfect Auto just changed what they thought may be wrong without properly checking the whole engine for problems. &700.00 later I needed a new engine rebuild and I am out $700 for nothing being done to help the situation. I give 2 starts because the person running the customer service was nice and they didn't charge extra to look at it but I am still out a truck and $700. Very disappointed!

Minimize none essential work and replacement where getting charged an arm and a leg at other places

These guys are really helpful and considerate.and they don't try to gouge you. I'll be back!

Highly recommend This place because it is very professional, ray was there helping me through the process updating me through anything that came up they were very fair very honest if I was still living in Oceanside California I would take my car there every single Time that my car had an issue I had issues with my vehicle and needed it to be safe to drive from California to South Carolina and they were very quick very fair and my car made it without any issues and I appreciate all the work that they did for me

Ray and Paul and the crew are fantastic. There true to there word. Will only do the work that needs to be done. Will not over charge you. Honest repair shop.

RAY AND PAUL ARE AWESOME AND Honest. They don't gouge and they could if they wanted to. I highly recommend these guys. Im gonna be a customer for life. Finding a honest shop is so hard to find. Oh and they are really reasonable price wise. I sound like a paid advertisement, but im not, promise.

Just the experience they have is not only the best old-school but the amount of understanding new technology every time like my alpina bwm and my barbus most places did not even in now what they where these guy's got all the hard parts to get dealer parts oem spec my local bmw and Mercedes could not even look them up cheer's to professionalism and the standard set high

The best service, and honest. Offered to contact Pep Boys on my behalf to see if they would fix a fuel pump seal that they previously worked on a few years ago.
