Horrible place, do not take your car here, they will rip you off with unnecessary repairs and make you wait all day. What a bunch of crooks.

Oil change cost me more …. Went for an oil change somehow the guy Stripped the washer on the oil drain plug when putting back in… I thought I have an oil leak on my transmission… paid $140 to some transmission specialty they found out the fault of it.

And that was the last time I’ll go there.should I fine a claim for third mistake?

First time here, I needed an oil change I came here because Walmart was going to take 3hrs for an oil change so I decided to go somewhere else. This place was the closest, the lady in the front desk told me a quote of 25 for and oil change I said yes and it was gonna take an hour. It was an hour and half later when the mechanic looked at my car. The guy told me it was leaking oil from different places and that he wouldn’t change my oil until he “fixes the leak” he was very rude, condescending and scolded me about my car issues. It was gonna cost me way more than the quoted price for an oil change. I told him I would take it to another place and have it checked out. He seemed very upset because he didn’t get a chance to take my money. Please don’t come here this place is a scam and just wants to take your money. I would give it negative stars if I could. Don’t be fooled you can always say no if you feel it in your gut that it doesn’t seem right. They’re mechanics their feelings won’t be hurt if you say no to their service.

Been going there for 20+ years.great technicians.owner needs to update the facility, but other than that a good place to take your vehicle. HOWEVER, since Mike left the customer service of his replacement technician has caused my rating to drop. The new tech needs to put customers first.not the shop cleanliness. This is to be done when there is available time. NOT when you're customers are waiting for their car to be serviced. Unfortunately, i am forced to reduce my rating.and look for another car repair shop. American Eagle (across the street), always tends to their customers faster. After 20+ years at Purrfect Auto.i have to leave them.

Whats crazy is all the claims are likely legit when i went there to have my clutch repaired i was told the same almost lol that chunks of metal were in my trans after a simple clutch repair these people are the worst sad to see there still doing business the same class action lawsuit sounds like the way ‍️
This is after i paid 1500$ in which i was told would be refunded due to the improper installation and still to this day i have not received a dime

Went there for my son's car and wanted to get maintenance for it. Had a throttle body cleaning, transmission fluid cleaned, radiator flushed and cleaned, fuel injection lines cleaned, and a few other things. They were not pushy, as I know most of the times shops make there money from these repairs and not oil changes, but this was at my request.

Tire choice, which used to be Goodyear, wants $99.99 to do an full synthetic oil change on my Camry hybrid-ridiculous. Purrfect does it for $43.16 or there about and rotates tires for $10. The woman at the front desk, maybe the owner, is straight-forward, but polite. Tire choice is way to expensive. Go here!

Prompt, polite, knowledgeable service. Prices reasonable & fair. I recommend them for oil changes & smog checks.

Talk to these guys they are very knowledgeable efficient they did my job fast for a fair price and did it the right way. I deal w big jobs like this all the time. They did it right. Waste of time, the service is horrible. Went in for a smog check and waited over an hour and left. Went to another local mechanic and smog check was completed in 20 mins. I actually blame myself, because of the location to my residence, I continue to give them second chances, but not anymore. Done.

Not a good place, I figured since it was in a nice location that they would have great service but please save your money and go somewhere else, I almost got hassled I went in for an oil change and was told they couldn’t do it unless they fixed the oil pan because supposedly it was leaking, I felt like the man was trying to take advantage of me.he didn’t seem too interested in fixing my car, he even said that the car had to stay with him after being there for two hours prior…just because I am a female doesn’t mean I should be taken advantage, little did he know I know about cars. BEWARE scammer!

This is the first and only shop that I have ever been to in all my repairs (and there have been plenty) that was a truly positive experience. I received my car at the promised time, they walked me through each repair and every step taken on my car, gave future suggestions, Brandon was such an amazing help through it all and truly went above and beyond. He was so excited to show me my car and just like he promised, it drives brand new! This shop and it’s employees truly showed me they prioritize and take pride in their work and earned my utmost respect! They’ll have a permanent customer in me!

Well they need to change the name to we can't fix it. Took my car in for oil change. Was told I needed a new oil pan.then I need other things as well so I had them done. Well after 2800 dollars later still same prob. Now come to find out they did not put everything back right my brand new oil pan now has hole in it gears made hole ether they put on to tight or backwards. Chuncks of metal now in engine /transmission can't afford another 3.4000 to fix now I have to junk it. Never never never take your car here
