Just received my bag from PurseRehab. They do magic! It looks brand new (it had stains everywhere when I sent it in). This is the second bag they have fixed. The first one had bite marks on it courtesy of my pup and it too came back looking brand new. I'm so appreciative of their work and patience.

This place is fantastic - brought my purse here twice, once for a cleaning and once for cleaning and repair. Their work is impeccable - my purse looks good as new! Reasonable pricing and excellent customer service - my purse was ready within a week. Love them and will be back!

My favorite Prada bag had 2 bad zippers. Not only did they fix the zippers but cleaned up the bag and it looks brand new. And all for a totally fair price. I highly recommend.

Sent a 2 week old lv bag that got stained in a dirty tsa bin it sat for a few seconds to go in security unluckily it got dirty. More unlucky that I thought I could trust them with a luxury bag but you can’t! I had black stains on my vachetta only. It was returned with the red edging missing on my bag on the same side it was being worked on. I have pictures and videos of my bag before that was not missing any red edging. Not only did they say edging comes off over time they offered to fix it and send me a label then claims it happened in transit but they’d fix it. Then shortly after they email back to state that it was damaged before I had wore to pay to address other areas. Going on about how they cleaned my bag and did all these did. Which I never requested. That they gave me a fair price as if that makes up for damaging my bag. None of those things mattered especially when the pictures prove otherwise. A company offering. To fix something then retracting it is terrible service 9 week wait to get a bag returned with scruff on the edging.

Purse Rehab exceeded my expectations! I purchased a pre-loved Louis Vuitton for my mom for Mother’s Day knowing the straps would need to be replaced. I contacted several local shops and only one said they had “extensive” experience repairing LV. They said it would take a couple of weeks (it took 6 and was well after Mother’s Day by the time they got it done). I was in tears, the quality of the repair was so bad. I missed Mother’s Day and I was out the price of the bag and the repair. I almost threw the bag out. Then….

I contacted Purse Rehab and they said they could repair the bag, even though I didn’t have the original straps any longer (the first repair shop threw them out). They were quick to respond and a fast turn around too! Now I have tears of joy!

Their price was very competitive! Who am I kidding? Their price was less than half of other well known after market luxury repair services.

Pics 1&2 are what they had to fix (uneven and crooked stitching, edge coat is sloppy) pics 3&4 is the final repair by Purse Rehab and looks exactly like it should! I don’t think LV could have done as well as Purse Rehab did!
