I've workout with Laila over a year. Laila is the best trainer I've worked with. She's patient and responsive. She designs monthly workout plan for me and she always make sure i am pushing myself without overdoing it. Thanks to Laila, I've seen a huge improvement in my posture and overall fitness level. I am also working out regularly now.

I've been working out with Laila for over 9 months, and she has helped me so much on my fitness journey. She is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Laila is attentive and educates you about the correct form, which helped me immensely as a beginner. Her workouts are fun with the right amount of challenge. Thanks to her guidance, I have been able to lift heavier weights than I ever thought possible. I always look forward to the training days!

Laila is great. She's super sharp on correcting form during workouts and always has my posture in check. This not only makes my exercises effective but safe too. When it comes to weight training schedules, she knows her stuff - challenging but doable, that's her motto. She has great suggestions when it comes to nutrition. She makes sure I am consistent by following up with me regularly. The best part? She's friendly and professional, making every session fun and productive. She is extremely accommodative too. Highly recommend Laila if you're serious about transforming your fitness game.

I've been working with Laila for almost 2 years, and she is is fun to work with, very flexible with scheduling, gives great nutrition tips, and helps you stay accountable by checking in periodically about how your recent diet and workout routine has been.

Laila also pays close attention to make sure you are doing each exercise with the proper form, and she has helped me make some healthy changes to my diet that have made a big difference in my overall health and fitness. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer!

I’ve been training with Laila for a few years now and love how thoughtful she is and how she gives detailed feedback on form. Laila helps me stay accountable by frequently checking in with me on my sleep/food/workout routine over the past week. She is also very flexible with schedules and has almost never canceled any sessions on her side. Laila is also very friendly and has a lovely warm smile and I enjoy the conversations I have with her on different topics throughout our session. She pays great attention to form and has given me lots of useful tips on nutrition and strength training.

My husband and I have been training with Laila for about a year. She's an excellent trainer, very friendly and very easy to work with. We've both been able to make visible progress in terms of core body strength, weight lifting, and overall fitness.

Laila is a very detail oriented person. You have a meticulous onboarding session where you have a detailed conversation about your current health, your food habits and the goals you're trying to achieve over a period of time. Once that is done, you're given almost like a personalized workout plan according to which you're trained, and you're also given some homework along the way!

We thoroughly enjoy our sessions with Laila and feel like this was one of the best decisions that we made for ourselves from a health standpoint. Highly recommend!

I've been working with Laila for about 7 months and it truly has been a life changing experience. Having a very sedentary job spending 8-10 hours a day at a computer, I needed help establishing a structured workout program that was both highly effective and flexible given my chaotic schedule.

Enter Laila. Her evaluation of my strength and capability for lifting was incredible and trusting her expertise has pushed my personal fitness past whatever I would have done myself. Laila's knowledge and ability to correct my technique has been critical for me as a beginner and I appreciate the modifications she is able to make as I move through each session as well as my at home routine.

Laila has also been very thoughtful, helping me stay accountable to my commitment without judgement and always welcoming me to my sessions with a positive attitude and smile. The gym she works out of is for personal trainers only, therefore never having to wait to use equipment and wasting precious time. I can see the results and feel better about my mobility, endurance and overall health. I appreciate her greatly and feel very fortunate to have her guiding me and my fitness goals. If you are looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend Laila!

I credit Laila immensely for my postpartum recovery with her careful attention to detail and form, consistent encouragement, while also challenging any mental blocks I had during my workouts. I was able to regain strength in my core with a few months of consistency, and more importantly, it allowed me an uninterrupted 30 minutes of time to focus on myself and my health. Laila is an excellent trainer and I look forward to working with her again in the future!

Laila is great to work with. She is very friendly has tons of great advice from nutrition to gym equipment to actual exercise techniques. We saw how we developed our physique working with Laila, definitely very positive results. She incrementally added weights and pushed us to the right levels. Highly recommend taking personal training sessions with her and you can see difference in your body in a short duration itself. She is also very flexible scheduling wise. Overall great experience with Laila
