Very disappointed ️ sharing the pic got them done for bday but they look disgusting not proper size all are unequal when asked to do short she was like wait still not completely done and starting speak in there own language which is very disrespectful and price i showed what i wanted with length she said $50 but towards end did charge $60 + 2 for credit.

Been here 50 minutes and sitting in a chair 30 minutes to get a pedicure and they start another lady who came in 5 minutes after me. I don’t understand this. NEVER AGAIN

There ok a little overpriced. I asked for white? On my nails it came out opal or clear or something needless to say I didn't get the color I asked for or though I was getting because the nail display I chose was white and that is not what I got. I also gave a tip that was not deserve at all, I was deceived.
I definitely wasn't the happiest girl in the world that day. I would say speak up at the beginning if something doesn't seems right you might have a chance to change the situation that day in life & at the nail shop

Went in about 4 pm and they were rushing, she did my pedicure good but my manicure looks so bad. Very nice people though.

Beautiful manicure completed by Larry! I had a photo from pinterest, and although they didn't have the exact colors available, he did his best to match my photo.

They don't pay attention to what you want. They end up doing it their way anyway. I got my nails done there, I said I wanted a fill on a full set and the dude removed all nails, and did an overlay. I thought it wasn't so bad until he totally applied color to my nails I did not want. I asked for a glitter color and he told me to pick a "background " color. I thought it would turn out okay since I picked a color really close to the glitter color I wanted. When he applies the coat, he only applied 1 coat. The nails looked so poorly done. It seemed like my daughter did the job.when I asked for a wax, I told the lady specifically what area, and she went and waxed my entire face. I like how they expect a tip at the end. They're rude and very inconsiderate.

Terrible never again she cut me while doing a acrylic set and when I went to pay she kept the rest of my change which was $10 as a tip for herself I was so shocked and embarrassed i just left.

Horrible work had the worst nail dip done and the nail filling was not even… don’t recommend this nail shop poor quality

Made an appointment for the same day for my daughter and I to get pedicures. Showed up at the appointment time and were taken right away.

I’ve been here a couple of times (and have given the staff the benefit of the doubt) and I have not once been happy with my experience. The staff are unprofessional, and have a huge issue when it comes to communication between the customer and person offering the service. More than once I have been overcharged for things I did not ask for, and have been unhappy with that. I won’t be going back anymore.

Really good customer service. The people that work there are friendly and very good at their job. Will be back next time

Finally! I have found my go to nail spot in El Centro. I loved it here. I scheduled my appointment the day before. When I walked in I only waited about 10 minutes before they started doing my nails (eventhough it was very full. The perks of making an appointment!). Beautiful work and very reasonable price! If you make an appointment, please make sure you let them know when you walk in so they take you in right away. Otherwise they will think you are a walk in and will have to wait in line.

Pedicure was great, but when they finished my nails, I noticed there was a giant gap between my new nails and my cuticle. When I pointed it out she refused to fix it and said it was me. Extremely poor service. I am not usually one to complain but I left with a set that look like they were completed 2 weeks ago.

Helen was very friendly and kind and did a great job with a my gel pedicure. 10/10 recommend. Will be back next time I visit El Centro

Larry is good but the other employees are not friendly and do sloppy work. My tech was very rough with my pedi and the other lady made my friend bleed when cutting around the cuticles.

Bad service they use cheap.quality products my nails turned orange with in a few days and look ugly never going back again
