6I was there and out quickly. The doctor did not look over my medical record before the appointment. This has cause me a lot of problems and time.
Such a friendly staff! Everyone was so patient and extremely welcoming! Definitely enjoyed my visit
Seeing Dr. Chang was my most insightful visit with a physician ever. She took the time to explain and teach me so many things.
The first time I came here, I had trouble finding it because the address listed on maps is wrong, and it takes you to a non-existent address. So, I had to call them and ended up late for my orthopaedic appointment.
When I checked in, the receptionist said I may not be able to be seen because I was late. I understand this, no problem here, and she was friendly. So, she said she'd check with the doctor and see if he could see me.
She came back, and said he would.
When the doctor came in to see me, the first thing he did was reprimand me about being late and making his whole day late now. He said that everyone would now be 45 minutes to an hour late because of me. THEN, WHY DID HE SEE ME? He had the option not to, would've been fine with me. Also, I was 20 minutes late, not 40.
I told the doctor and receptionist that the adress was wrong, got no response. Actually got no response from the doctor at all from anything. Clearly, I was wasting his time, and he had more important people to see.
I felt very uncomfortable, insignificant around this orthopaedic doctor. He was everything you're afraid of when going to a doctor that you're afraid of in the first place.
A reprimand? Really?
Absolutely unprofessional as far as scheduling. I had an appointment from the VA to show up here at 0900. I live near downtown SD. As soon as I got through traffic and onto the 78 I got a call from QTC saying the doctor I was seeing couldn't make it.
That was a ridiculous waste of time and gas. I will never accept another appointment at this location.
Hired a quack psychiatrist by the name of Gregory Nicholson who said that my son was not special needs when he turned 18 and cut off my son's SSI since age 8-years old. All my son's, Psychiatrists, schools, doctor's, and including a Superior Court Judge disagreed with QTC's paid QUACK psychiatrist!
