Picked up quadgraphics Sacramento delivering to Quadgraphics riverside.
Delivery on rate con 9am. These guys in riverside say it's for 2pm. It's their product, I'm the only truck
Yet they want me to come back 2pm
Stay away from this place and also this broker lied about pickup and delivery appointments ST. FREIGHT LLC

My appointment was 15.30 and checkin 13.30 And checkout 14.30.1 year ago I delivered load one day earlier then my appointment so overall my experience is good.

Very bad experience.fork lift guy very rude.the forklift guy gave a door and after he didn’t came back 3 hour.very very bad company

Seeing all the previous comments about receiving here it's amazing people still deliver here.
We drove by 7 hours before our appointment nobody to check in with. Went and parked. Came back 40 min before, had to wait until after our appointment to check in. Got told we were 8.5 hours late?

Dude likes to yell down at you also like you're not standing right below him at the dock. Unprofessional.

I have really bad experience with this company they didn't deserve even 1 star. The overnight receiver guy is unfriendly, unprofessional and arrogant. Also i waited a lot for unloading even i checked in before appointment time.

Very bad experience my appointment was on 7 am and i reach here 5 am. No one in the office and forklift guy just do time pass he doesn’t want to unload more than 1 truck in their shift. He just wait for their end time of the shift. Morning guys are best and willing to work

The useless thing in this warehouse is the guy working in overnight. He is too rude. First he said i need appointment number. If i try to give him appt number he is not ready to listen it. Just saying i m busy. I don’t have any appt. If he don’t wanna work let him to sit at home. And give opportunity to other people who need that job. He is totally unprofessional. My rating for this company is zeroooo

I would give zero stars. Unorganized, slow and just annoying. Zero respect to driver because they just waist time unnecessary. Staff is arrogant and unfriendly, just unprofessional. Companies like those should train personal the minimum manners and how to communicate.

As noted before, call box doesn't work. Arrived at 4: 45am for 5am appointment.
Lucky me, the walk in gate over to the right was open, walked down to door 21 ti check in. Young guy in office gave me a dock and immediately started unloading.
Unloaded in 45 minutes.
