I am never using any other clean company service! Qualiclean is very professional, great communicators, and through with their work. Booking my clean via email was so quick and easy. The person helping me book was very informative about the different cleans, and pricing, I went with a standard clean. I asked if they could focus more on certain parts of the home and they did great! A plus is they offer some extra services like carpet cleaning, they left my carpets looking practically brand new. 10/10 will be using them more frequently

He got here on time and got it done super fast and the best thing is got all my stains remove like nothing (I RECOMEND)

Just bought a house. Prior to move in, the kitchen and family room were undergoing renovation, and so those two rooms were closed off to the rest of the house. I called QC and asked for a very deep deep clean of our empty house. Because I am a germaphobe, I asked that every inch of every surface be cleaned, and was assured they would do so. Again, because a big part of the house was completely closed off, they only had to clean 3 empty bedrooms, 2 empty bathrooms, an empty dining room, and an empty living room. House was professionally cleaned when put up for sale, so it just needed a once over to clean after the open houses.

Maria was very nice, and even scheduled the cleaning to start at 6am to accommodate our move in later that day. Two cleaners arrived on time. I let them in and left to get ready for our move. I returned at about 5pm for the move in. Unfortunately, most of the house they were to clean was untouched. In no way shape or form was this a "deep clean", let alone a standard cleaning. Worst part, I was told the cleaners were here 3.25 hours. Considering how dirty the place still was and the small area of the house that they were responsible for cleaning, there is no way they were here actually cleaning for 3 hours. At best, maybe an hour, considering the number of dirty/untouched areas depicted in the attached pictures. Standard simple things, such as wiping down shelves and a bathroom door were not done. Baseboards left untouched. Mold remaining in the shower grout. Dust on top of trim. I called Maria to let her know, and she did offer to send them back again or to reduce our invoice. Not only did I lose confidence that they would rectify the situation, but considering the cleaners were dishonest in the amount of time they cleaned, I could not allow them back into my home and feel comfortable about it. Additionally, because we had already moved in and our stuff was everywhere, I just couldn't agree to bring them back. Accordingly, I chose the price reduction. At the end of the day, I ended up paying $250 for a no good job and my house was still unclean. While I appreciate Maria's kindness on the phone, I cannot and will not be doing business w QC again. Despite their claims, the crew sent did a horrible job, assuming they did anything at all.

Very happy with the services done. We have decided to continue doing business with them. Prices are fair and results were amazing!

We’ve had this team come to our house every month for several months now. They are consistent and affordable — I’m glad to have found them!

A few major places were missed like the blinds behind the sink and the corners in the bathrooms

It was easy to set up the cleaning appointment, and the phone operator was very professional.

Unfortunately, I was VERY disappointed by the cleaners. I wanted the DEEP
CLEAN package, but all the cleaners did was vacuum and mop the floor once. I don’t understand how that is a deep clean. When I asked for some additional spot cleaning in areas on the floor that still looked dirty, one cleaner sounded like she started sighing a lot, appearing super reluctant to clean those areas, making excuses. I also had to personally request that they please remove the spider webs…

Overall, I would not recommend this company. Very disappointed.

Very good service by Maria, Nancy, and her team. I scheduled them just 2 days before the cleaning.
I would again go with them in future as need arises.

I had reached out to QualiClean for deep clean service for 300 Square Foot area covering Kitchen and bathroom.

Prior to booking the team for service, they had quoted me for 2 hours of cleaning with 2 cleaners. However, 3 cleaners arrived to perform the deep cleaning. There was zero communication of the extra cleaner and the additional charge to go along with it. This is poor communication and customer service. Upon calling the manger, I was able to reduce the extra cost but still had to pay above initial agreed amount.

The cleaners were directed to the areas for deep cleaning.

Once the cleaners had finished, upon review, the kitchen cabinets were still left with spider webs, dust and not deep cleaned at all. The work done was not satisfactory at all.

The cleaners did clean the bathrooms.

Overall, I would like to highlight an area for improvement: communication, better cleaning equipment and deep cleaning service at fair price.

3 cleaners arrived on time and did well. They were very professional and polite. However, not giving full rating because some of the window rails were missed and could've been cleaned proactively. Although they cleaned it up after I mentioned.

I was incredibly impressed when getting a spring cleaning. Scheduling and quoting was timely and efficient, a plus for the text-based system. The cleaning crew was also awesome-my house has never looked better. So good that I’m going to sign up for regular service.

I’m from out of state seeking for a deep cleaning for my parents that are senior citizens. My dad is sick and going through treatment in a few days so this is something special for him. They’ve never had housecleaning before and their house needed a lot of TLC! Maria and I spoke over the phone and she was extremely professional and nice. Her team of cleaners were phenomenal. They worked very hard, were prompt, efficient and very thorough. My parents were so happy with the results. Thank for making my parents house feel and look amazing! I will definitely use this service again!

We have been using QualiClean for a few years now and are very happy with their biweekly cleaning services. The crews are friendly, efficient, and thorough; coordinating with the main office via text or call is simple as well. The cleans are always good but sometimes they go above and behind with small details - organizing my toddler’s stuffed animals in a cute way (which makes her so happy) or organizing a small mess of kitchen supplies in a more thoughtful way. Those are not required of the job but are very appreciated! The teams are covid-conscious and all wearing masks as well.

In 2 hours, the 2 ladies were able to clean only one bathroom and kitchen (as the rates were hourly). But they did deep clean the gas stove.so i ended up spending around 250$ for just one bathroom and kitchen clean.

They did a great job. The microwave and oven hasn’t been this clean since I moved in. Same with some of the bathrooms. I really appreciated how they worked on the hardest things first and were effective with their time.

What an experience. They were fast, organized, on time and did everything so well. LOVED IT. Definitely would recommend them. Please try it out.

Booked the deep cleaning service twice. The cleaners are professional and fast. My home looked like a different place after each service. Rate is good. Will definitely use them again in the future.
