We recently had Quality Carpers replace all of our flooring. Raven was amazing to work with. She was patient, helpful and really knew her stuff. Installers were hard working and professional. We are very pleased with the whole process.

I would say that they are hands down flooring experts, as I've used them on several occasions over the last 20yrs for carpet, LVP flooring, wood flooring as well as window coverings and have had great finished results on each occasion. Nick has always taken care of me and my projects with exceptional customer service and product knowledge. I would highly recommend them!

Working with Nick and Raven was a breeze. My husband and I felt completely overwhelmed trying to renovate our home after a small bathroom flood destroyed our floors. Wonderful experience - I purchased Hunter Douglas window coverings for my entire house. They are absolutely beautiful and work perfectly. The workmanship is percise and workers were so very pleasant. I would definitely use Quality Design Center for ALL my needs. Next is my flooring - can’t wait to go to Quality Design again for a wonderful experience picking out my wood flooring!

We had a wonderful experience getting our floors & window coverings replaced through Quality Carpets from start to finish. They inspired us during our walk through, and helped us find the floor that matched our vision for our long-term home. They also prepared us for each step and communicated with us clearly throughout the process, which we greatly appreciated. Once we moved forward, we worked with Ashley, who was clear on timelines and expectations. The team shared timely updates and kept us informed. We were out of the house for most of the install, but our installer was great, and worked quickly and efficiently. The finished product with the baseboards, quality of the flooring and window coverings exceeded our expectations. I can't say enough good things about this company! They were all extremely professional, responsive and transparent on pricing. They did a great job on the installation of my flooring and window coverings. It looks better than I had ever hoped. The project manager, Ashley, made sure I was up to date on what was going on and was always available when I had a questions. I will absolutely use Quality Carpets for any future projects!
