They’ve had to come out 3x to do a simple job. Each time stating an excuse for not completing the job every time. The technician they keep sending out is incompetent and in consistent in what he tells residents, our management office and his own Corp office on the “work” he does here.

Dylan is great! He takes care of every request we have for him and is both kind and professional for each encounter.
