Peter was great to work with- very communicative and so personable! He provided a quote over the phone and even scheduled an at-home repair the same week. Just loved how efficient everything was! He repaired our couch in such a timely manner and even spent time giving a thorough explanation of what he had done (including pictures so I could show my husband later on). I would definitely utilize their services again and am very glad we found them!

We can't tell you the quality of a completed service. Due to the fact that the 1st time they showed up (late) the repair man ripped the brand new piece of fabric and had to schedule a follow up. Three subsequent visits have been canceled by them which adds up to 4 lost days of pay and a incomplete repair. Maybe I will change my rating when the job is complete but as of now if you don't have to use this business don't.

Recovered a favorite sofa and love seat for us that suffered cat damage. Looks as though they’re brand new.

Five Star for Quality Furniture Services! We needed to have our dining chair seats redone as the bottoms were bottoming out. Granted they are 20 yrs old. We wanted to keep the fabric. Did an amazing job. We then had two barrel/swivel chairs since 2007. I worked in the furniture industry and knew the integrity of the chairs were good. Time to change the fabric. Ordered the fabric from Huntington House, NC. Peter, owner of Quallity Furniture Services advised the amount of fabric to order. Fabric delivered to our home. Peter personally came to pick up chairs and fabric. And brought them back after the work.
One chair was a pattern match. Amazing! Side note, if you are looking to do what we did, order enough fabric for additional seat casing. Worth it. Can't say how very happy we are with their work and giving personal attention.

Peter is very nice but repair of a small gouge adjacent to hole where the drawer knob is screwed in included the drawing of lines on both sides of the hole which unfortunately gave the appearance of looking like a cat's whiskers. Lines on the repaired area to the left would have been sufficient. He denied drawing the lines to the right of the hole stating they were "there already", but I have before photos which show the right sided "whiskers" were not there. Fortunately I had purchased and installed much larger diameter knobs from the manufacturer after this repair to replace the existing knobs which mostly does cover the problem.

Chris repaired our broken LaZBoy recliner to new condition. He was fast, efficient, and professional. 5 star work. Thanks QFS!

Peter and his crew did an excellent job on our furniture repairs. He answered our call and came out in a timely manner to give us an estimate. On the day of the repairs, they quickly and expertly restuffed some couch cushions, took apart and reassembled another couch that needed fixing, and did a minor wood repair on our banister. They were polite, efficient, put everything back in place, cleaned up, and were reasonably priced. I highly recommend Quality Furniture Services. There's a reason this company has so many 5-star reviews. They're great!
