Quality Home Improvement installed a Solar System for me. From the gate they were 100% honest and upfront with the pricing. Non of this high bid then a discount run around you get from other company's. Project Manager Shaun Yeager sat down with me and made sure I was getting the right size Solar array to meet my needs and a completion day that I desired. The whole project was done a day before the promised date. This system has meant my desires and demands that I anticipated and I couldn't be more satisficed.
Christopher Moss the owner is so full of energy, just sitting at the same table with him you can feel yourself being charged up. I think he may of had a solar panel or two installed in his body because his energy is non stop and his insight of energy for the future is unbelievable. He even went as far as sitting at my house waiting for 4 1/2 hours for the city final inspection, That's absolute dedication to customer satisfaction.
Customer satisfaction is getting harder and harder to find this days, So if your ready to pull the trigger on your next project give them a ring, you too will be a happy camper.

Ray was amazing. Very courteous, thorough, and meticulous.
My Husband and I are very pleased with the job he did for us installing mulch. He explained what he was doing and why. Adjusted the existing border trim to contain the mulch. Took the time to explain how the mulch is placed to allow for the greatest irrigation for our plants. Very easy to talk with, felt extremely comfortable with him. We will definitely hire Ray and QHI for any further projects. Thank you very much Ray!

This company was extremely unprofessional. They told me they were over it (over my job) when I requested a new estimate. They gave me the price per square footage for the work and stated everything else was included so when I went to them about lowering my square footage they decided do add additional costs (which were previously included in original estimate). Also I felt a lot of pressure when they sent me the original estimate stating that I had until the 31st of July to go into contract but according to the financing program I had until the end of September. So my advice to you is to double check your estimate before using them for work.

Had Solar installed and had a great experience from start to finish. Rob was great at getting the project started. There was no pressure to buy, he just gave information and answered my questions. His honesty and knowledge helped me make decisions that saved me a lot of money. Shaun was awesome managing the product. He took care of everything, was always there to anwer my questions no matter what time I asked, and ensured the project went very smooth. The result is I have a great looking solar system, that produces more more energy than I planned. They even set me up with free monitering of the system so I can see how the panels are working. Overall a great experience and I plan to work with QHI again on a couple of other projects at my home. Great company and I would highly recomend them to anyone.

I was looking for solar panels and a customer who comes into my store recommended these guys to me. I had got 4 quotes before contacting them and not only did they beat the best quote I had by $4000 but I ended up meeting up with the owner Chris and he walked me through every step of the process. I got the panels and a whole house fan and I love then them both. The workers and contractors were all professional, courteous and punctual. It's been a great experience all the way around. If you're looking to use these guys for whatever service they offer, I highly recommend going with them.

Had an awesome experience with QHI from start to finish. I deal with contractors all the time for my profession and i would have to say this was one of the best experiences i have had. Trust is huge in this line of work so by having them knock it out of the park, it was really impressive! I plan on using them for my other rental properties since they did so well at my own house. We were skeptical in giving our home to just any contractor to make the needed repairs when we spoke to Chris, he guided us in the right direction, now our home looks beautiful because they used Lifepath on the outside of our home, and the product comes with a lifetime warranty

I just had my solar project completed by Quality Home Improvements. I have lived in my home for 35 years and back in 1985 I was the builder, so I have had many experiences with contractors. I have to say they are Top Quality, in cleanliness, timing and commitment every aspect of the project. I am very into details, just from the nature of my occupation being a dentist so I appreciate good work and communication. I would highly recommend this company. Shaun and Chris are the best.

After QHI installed our new double pane windows, they were right, it's quieter and has reduced our energy bills down by at least 20%, thank you!

I'm not even a customer of QHI, I called up and spoke to Chris the owner and he helped me solve the issue with my solar system, the company I purchased it from is no longer in business

Chris came into our home, clearly explained the products they offer, and painlessly signed us up for solar, now our payments are much less than the electric company, thank you!

Our old leaky roof was giving us issues inside of our home, we called QHI and spoke to Chris, he explained what they would do and now we have a lifetime warranty on our new GAF roof

The new energy-efficient windows we installed, are doing their job, less heat in the summer, and the noise was reduced by at least 40%

We have kids that live with us and our electric bills went through the roof, so we called QHI and they came out to take care of that problem by building us a solar system that we can afford. We are not going to have them do our windows and flooring.
