Quality Inn Burbank Airport

Needed a hotel for the night near the Burbank Airport to meet for a gathering of friends. This hotel was a perfect location and reasonably priced. Accommodating staff, clean facility. Free breakfast. Great location and value!

Rooms are ok for a 2 5 star but the hotel needs a lot off help. Dinning room is disgusting, nothing what you could eat for breakfast and the chears are so very filty never again

There is no daily housekeeping, there is a small pool and a whirlpool. They have laundry machines available. The breakfast was not good. Free parking. Friendly staff. It is in general a good value for money

TL;DR: Do not go here if you can afford some place else.

There is no clear signage to find the place from the street. The overhang of the drop off area has multiple leaks in the ceiling. The walkway outside the rooms of the third floor had multiple leaks in the ceiling. There is absolutely no sound proofing between the room and the outside, so on one night I heard every word of a man ranting at a worker for over an hour at 10pm. The wall over the AC in my room was leaking water. I called the front desk and asked if I could be moved to a different room. They said they were fully booked and had no other rooms, but they could give me more towels for it. And they said I had to come down to pick up the towels myself, (presumably because they were understaffed?) The beds sleep very hot, so I had to keep the AC running especially cold all night to counteract the heat from the bed. All in all, a very uncomfortable experience and I would never stay here again.

We had a bad experience at the hotel. To begin with, it is not very pretty, nor is it comfortable. The breakfast very bad. But the worst thing was that my son forgot a droid that he bought at Disneyland, we talked four hours later since we had noticed, I dialed and they told me to talk later, that's how they kept me until the next day they told me that they had found the box empty and thrown away. Very bad experience in this hotel, I really do not recommend it. You don't feel safe in this hotel.

Toilet was constantly running in the first room. I don't know how they miss that. The second room had a gap so big under the door that it felt like I was outside, and any mammal passing by could just come in.

Sketchy area. You can feel and hear everyone walking in the building. The bed is hard. Smallest pillows I've ever seen. Tons of road noise.

Room was ok, there was mold in bathroom and the floor was really dirty. Location felt bit unsafe for my family during night and breakfast is joke at this place - only few frozen sandwich, we only got 2 for a family of four - when asked if they had more, they were like nop.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, I feel like they are very low class and low quality here.
They asked for a security deposit of $100. And we would get it back later. It’s been about a month and we have not received the hundred dollar deposit back yet. We should have gotten it by now. There was no damage done in our room. It was just my husband and I sleeping for one night. You can’t call them because they don’t answer the phone. I feel like we’ve been ripped off p.m.

Room was clean. They offered grab and go Jimmy Dean sandwiches for breakfast. The breakfast room is very small, only 1 or two people fit in at a time. Our in room microwave didn’t work well so cooking them was a chore, however the one in the lobby did just fine. Staff was very pleasant. Close to Hollywood and Universal Studios.

Clean and comfortable room, easy grab-n-go breakfast service and shuttles to Burbank Hollywood Airport. Definitely worth to try if you're flying from BUR.

Omg they faked all the pics it was sad I had to bring my kids here nasty rooms bugs in room other people complaining about there rooms just really really bad

It was okay there was no breakfast when I went to the ground floor at 8: 17am when it is claimed to not close until 9am, odd.

Rooms have water damage. Sheets have cigarette burns. The breakfast option was a joke. The price was ok.

This hotel is not luxurious. But, this hotel is near the airport. That's what we were looking for. Their breakfast was very yummy! Yogurt, breakfast, egg and sausage sandwiches, bananas, and apples coffee, orange juice, granola bars.very nice well done hotel!

Not sure why this place gets so many negative reviews because it is a gem! Rooms are nice, close to lots of stuff, outside noise can be drowned out by turning on the heat/AC, grab n go breakfast was exactly what is should be, and the staff is great!

The staff all deserve a raise for how friendly, helpful, and personable they are. The only name I learned was Iris but I wish I had learned them all. The excellent customer service they gave me has been lacking in the hotel industry in recent years in my opinion. Definitely planning on staying here again!

Super noisy around this hotel all night long. Ceiling, floor and walls are thin, just adding to the noise levels. All the walls are scuffed up with black marks, and there's wholes and scrapes in all the walls/drywall. The bathroom was not cleaned. There was still the previous guests hair, dirt and footprints in the bottom of the tub. We bought bleach wipes, cleaned the bathroom and wiped down every surface in the room. The mattress was old, bad, really soft and gave way, so sleep was extremely uncomfortable. We asked for a one hour late check out the evening before our departure date and the gentleman behind desk said yes but didn't notate it on our room reservation. Worried about our late check out being confirmed, I called the front desk that morning, and sure enough the woman working the desk that I spoke with knew nothing about our late check out. Luckily she was still able to give us our late check.
