Quality Inn Hemet - San Jacinto

Room was in disrepair, couldn't stay because of broken heater fan. Had to go to another hotel because they didn't have another room and was still charged 100%

My stay was excellent as always! Was clean quiet and the is always so friendly and professional

I can't tell you a time when I was as pleased with every single thing about this hotel is I was now it was an amazing easy simple everyone was nice it was worth the value the hotel is super cool it has always cool plants around it and stuff the room was clean the people were efficient and easy no BS not trying to keep your deposit or any of that weird stuff that happens at hotels a lot

Feels like a permanent living situation rather then a motel, very classy yet still affordable, very comfortable and quiet.

I loved my stay here. I came in pretty late. Everyone was friendly. Very reasonable prices. The room was clean. I felt safe. Nice place in a ratty town.

The room is clean and the hotel is convenient to everything in the area around Hemet. The TV in the room was not working they took care of it very soon after reporting it. Up in working when I returned from dinner.

Very clean and pieceful. I will be coming back here for sure. The stuff did a great job kind and respectful.

The rooms are always clean it's a great refreshing feeling, thank you for all your hard work.

This hotel felt very unsafe.
When we got there, we.still went ahead with the smoking room since we just needed a place to crash. Once we entered the room, it smelled terrible, the sheets were tattered, the floor was scratched up, the window would not lock, and the door barely closed.
We ended up leaving immediately and finding another hotel. We took the L and paid for another room elsewhere.

My company has a corporate discount to stay so I gave it a shot against my better judgement. Traveled with my toddler and after an insane amount of driving stopped in for my stay. Had already checked in online which I was sent a text with a link to do. Take photo of my DL per the check in, put in payment details, Get there, guy asked me for all the information I already provided via the online check in, called me back after leaving the office bc "no payment was made". Asks for my DL and card again, scans it, gives me room key. Get to the room (hands full of course). Key doesn't work. Gets let in and given key. First thing I see is a cockroach and the tub plug isn't even attached to the tub as it should be, nor is the overflow cover. Bathroom window is open, other occupants don't stop talking loudly all night. Worst place to stay when you're exhausted from driving and just want to go to sleep

Room was clean. It's peaceful here also. Breakfast and coffee available. I like it. I'll come again.

I enjoyed my stay here, the rooms were nice and clean & the pool was a good hangout spot.

I am very pleased with the quality of the room. I will stay again. I love the in room hot tub.

Location is good. Room was big. There was no cold water in the shower. Breakfast is done/ finished too early. It should be extended at least to 10: 00 a.m.

Nina, not sure correct spelling of name but she was pleasant. I called in and requested early check in and she got our room ready within thirty mins and the extra towels and pillows in the room were in the room as requested when booked. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced and we’ve stayed at higher end hotels but this was sleeping on a cloud. The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was wonderful! The tv is direct tv and had all the channels and the pool was enjoyable and it’s 6ft deep and the jacuzzi was hot. Didn’t get to enjoy breakfast decided to sleep in a little longer but nonetheless we will be staying here again. Really pleased.

One of the nicer hotels in the area, along side Hampton and Best Western. All the rest are straight trash and hospitality is non existent at any of them. Satisfied Stay.

Such a great place! So lovely and beautiful. The breakfast was an actual breakfast.waffles yum! It was great. The rooms are so nice.

Building is kept up and decorated nicely. Rooms are big and furnished nicely. Love all the greenery around
