8I can deal with worn but furniture looks dirty, including the chair. I have to do a bunch of file transfers at the end of my day so no choice but use it anyway. Good thing the shower is hot and clean. Do really care for some of the longer term residents but nothing specific happened.
False advertisement on everything the rooms have roaches and other people hair in the pillow they do not have free breakfast which is the whole reason i booked here don’t book here go somewhere else and get your moneys worth

They tried to charge us twice for the room

Booked due to near high school, but got sick after waking up due to dirty and disgusting room. If anyone wants to get sick or check his immune system, please come and stay. Room with AC, and bedding and towels has lot of dirtiest air with full of viruses and bacteria so make you sick and it will surely failed your immune system. Good luck to #ChoiceHotels, how the #franchise system works? Shameful!

Stayed here to cut driving down from NV to Carmel CA. Horrible place! Don’t stay here!
Dirty, smelly and run down. Room had no to lit paper and was not clean.
Most disgusting, dirty, old, smelly room I have EVER EVER stayed at in my life. My husband booked this room because he wanted to save a few bucks but even he agrees that this room is a complete nightmare! The only good thing about this place is the kind young woman at the front desk who allowed us to swap rooms because the first one had an overwhelming stench of dog urine and cigarettes. The young housekeeper was super nice and brought us a bottle of Fabreze
Booked this hotel for location near my parents home. 1) Rooms are VERY WORN with dressers and cabinets having peeled paint/varnish 2) Carpet needed stretching to eliminate wrinkles 3) No TV remote in room so I was unable to watch TV. The Front desk did NOT have a remote to lend me. 4) Room was clean with newer towels 5) Check in was easy and quick 6) They no longer include or have breakfast available 7) Parking lot could use new and brighter lighting
