Quality Inn & Suites Morgan Hill

We reached at 2 am. Will check out early morning as we have to reach Illinois. We were waiting 10 minutes and no one answering calls and door was locked. It’s super weird. Service was good but breakfast was really good. To spend midnight to early morning, it can be a good choice. The price I paid which is so reasonable as per location which is close to San Francisco. It’s an hour away from San Francisco. But morning traffic make it two hours.

No one at the front desk for 20 minutes when we tried to check in. Then the TV didn't work so we had to change rooms when the guy at front desk couldn't fix it. He seemed to need a little help.

My wife and I stayed two nights in this motel. The desk attendants were discourteous and surly. When we got into our room there was no information about the WI-FI. We attempted to use the phone in the room to contact the desk and the phone did not work. There was no coffee pot for the coffee maker. There were cups, sugar and packets of coffee but no pot. We also had only one wash clothe. My wife went down to the desk and was told they did not put coffee pots in the rooms because they would be stolen. They also told her there was only one wash clothe because we had a king bed and that is usually for only one person. The desk attendant then handed a hand towel to my wife and told her “here is your wash clothe”. The next morning we go down to have the included breakfast and there refrigeration devises, cereal dispensers, bread and pastry racks were all empty. All they had was a waffle maker and seven pieces of link sausage. The following morning we found the same thing only that morning there was no butter or syrup for the waffles and only four links of sausage. We left there and went to American Canyon for a few days and then stayed one night in San Jose and competing hotels. Everything was perfect in those hotels including the breakfasts. They had everything you would expect for a continental breakfast. In our opinion, I would avoid this Quality Inn at all cost. Other Quality Inns we have stayed in have been fine but this one is poorly managed and we feel mistreated and ripped off!

All The staff here are awesome, very helpful and polite. It's really quiet here and clean. I definitely recommend it.

Do NOT I repeat do NOT stay here! Infested with bed bugs and cockroaches. Place was dirty inside and out! TV didn't work and when I told manager no one ever came to fix it! Room was never cleaned during our stay even after I asked them to. I had to go get my own towels during our stay which didn't even look clean!

This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. Not only was the charge higher than it was supposed to be; the room was not worth the cost. It was missing a phone; alarm clock; wash cloths; the towel rack was broken; and the next day the sink was infested with ants that got on my belongings, etc. I spoke with the manager Jim and requested a refund who refused to assist me with the matter; he was unprofessional and seemed to lack management and customer service training along with the employee Ian. Don't risk your health staying here. (I also have video of the matter).

I stay in hotels 320 days a year and this one is rough. Between the roaches, cigarette burns, bathtub chipped and faucets that looked corroded along with the TV not working this place is a mess. I stayed an hour and a half and left!

The was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. There were ants everywhere the entire building smelt, it was creepy and run down. Do not stay here. I’d rather camp.

I got a nice and cozy room with carpet. I preferred the soft chair over the mesh one. The main problem was with their Wi-Fi, which was either unavailable or would inexplicably be dysfunctional. I got hot water briefly, but not while taking a shower. I parked all the way in the back and it was actually closer to the room I was assigned to on the second floor. Unfortunately, this location does not have elevators and I had to make 3 trips to bring everything I needed up the stairs. Remember to check if the clock on the microwave is set because that will be the only one in the room.

Well, disappointment would be an understatement. If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. I don’t recommend staying at this hotel even if it’s your last resort. There were bugs on the walls and no hot water. They don’t even do a deep cleaning of rooms when guests check-out. I know this because while we were checking in one of their employees was telling another “they were only there for a couple hours so you don’t have to do a thorough cleaning. ”
We booked for two nights, but only stayed for one. One of their employees said they would give us a refund for the night we didn’t stay. It’s been two weeks since our stay and now they don’t want to give us the refund that they promised even though we paid over $250
This hotel is a total joke.

Basic Room was clean, stocked with clean towels and toiletries. There was a music festival so way overpriced but cheaper than others. Only complaint is it took 3 tries and getting the lady at the desk for the key to open the door. Other than that, a good place to rest your head.

The physical plant is unsafe with malfunctioning doors, the clientele are bottom-feeders with nowhere else to go, and the manager plays dumb about pre-paid reservations in an attempt to scam you into paying cash as well or instead. Keep driving!

Stayed here with my husband an was moved 4x. First room had bugs and the smoke detector was broken. The second had the window kicked out. The third belonged to another guest. Every room had bugs the whole place felt gross.

We were supposed to stay for 2 nights. The room we had the first night had an ant problem which didn’t seem that bad. We decided to just deal with it. By morning the room was overrun with ants. We requested to switch rooms. After moving all of our belongings we opened the curtains to find the window was busted out with shards of glass still around the edges. We requested a new room right away. As we’re trying to open the door on the 3rd room a huge cockroach runs across the door. We decided to leave. The person at the front desk told me he was crediting my card for 1 night but later when I checked my credit card account there was no credit. Mind you the first request for a new room was at 10: 00am. We found another hotel to stay at but couldn’t check in until 3: 00. We visit Morgan Hill once a month. We will NEVER stay at that hotel again. It was disgusting, dirty and grossly neglected.

If you ever go to this hotel do NOT go! This hotel literally has ants on the floor, the rooms smell funky, the bathroom was so dirty that we had to ask the the manager about it. The pool is so dirty that when you get out, your feet get covered in dust and there were so many frogs in there. They never clean this hotel and there is a lot of cigarette smell in the hotel. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!

Not the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The upside is, spending a night here has caused me to revaluate some of of my life choices.
