Quality Thrift Store, Montclair CA

This thrift store is always nicely organized and you can get discounts many different ways all week long. Clothes are nice and i like since dressing rooms are temp closed you can exchange. Most things are priced good. I am a frequent shopper.

I was there to look for pet supplies- they did have aquarium tanks! It didn’t smell super great in the store- but was rainy.
Lots to sort through to find gems. Not really a spot you can hop in for a short period of time. Always been impressed by how organized they stay- tho categories were a little off.

Big plus: this store is priced to sell, and is welcoming to making sure you’ve got the help of whatever coupons are available.

Buyer beware. Scam and Fraud. If I could give a negative review, I would. I bought an electronic product that said untested, which is fine, until you verify that it does not work and bring it back and are told no refunds whatsoever, only exchange value with a credit at that store. Then the store puts the same broken item back on the shelf to entice the next person to do the same, and guess what, no refunds, only credit at the store. This is a scam, don't be fooled.

The best thrift store in the Pomona Valley. Very organized, clean and prices very reasonable. Raises funding for cancer research.

Great items and deals. However the boutique items are priced way too high. It's Donations and free items given to the owners. Lower the prices.

This place is awesome and always has great deals on products.

I’ve never had terrible experiences shopping in this store until today. I’m trying to get some holidays items like decorations. I’m at the register and I’m being told that their WiFi internet is down, therefore they cannot take credit cards accept cash after I had waited in line. I don’t carry a lot of cash to shop.and so I have a lot of items in my cart. I asked if they can ring up the sales for what I have and give me the receipt so that I can go to the bank and pull out the amount from the receipt and I’ll give them the exact money! The big guy in the yellow shirt acted like he’s a manager of the store but he’s a security guy said ‘no’ that it would be short of money in the register.then the big lady came over said ‘no’ to my if I don’t have cash to pay and for me to go to another side of the store to calculate the sales tickets by myself because I’m holding up the line and she can not send no one to assist me either. So, I did one by one whatever I have in my shopping cart using my calculator on my iPhone and it came out to $132 excluded the taxes and if the items are discounted I don’t even know! No, these two people don’t use their common sense.would not itemized and calculated for me in order for me to know exactly what I need to get money at the bank! I’m not spending that amount of money to calculate the sales items by myself and come back to pay for it. They don’t pay me to work in the store! I lost interest shopping!

I usually never do a review on a thrift store unless I feel something is totally wrong when the items they’re selling are donated, whomever appraises the items is not a professional, I bought a silver ring that had the 925 markings on it for almost $20 dollars, I went home and tested it and it turned copper, I had something similar happened to me when I bought silver on eBay, WARNING! They won’t refund your money back even if it’s fraudulent, buyer be ware.

I just dropped off some stuff, they're really good about taking your things you no longer need. I've been in the store it's nice, they have much to pick from.
