Quality Towing & Recovery, Lemon Grove CA

Progressive uses this company and I’ve had them three times for towing my motorcycle. Usually the wait time is super long (all the drivers have been incredibly friendly, don’t get me wrong) but TODAY I had Zaid in truck 20! I waited maybe 15 minutes and he was there, ready to help me get the bike up and onto the bed and even offered to help me get it into my garage as well. Great conversationalist and efficient when doing his job.

My Roadside assistance from State Farm uses this company. This is the second time in 4 years I’ve had a completely dead battery and this company is the one who has done the service both times. Each time the men doing the service have been extremely polite and worked very quickly. They are very punctual and do not keep you waiting all day to get someone out to help. From the time I put in the request until the time he was at my door was just a little over an hour. My tech today spoke very highly of the owner of the company, which made me feel really great about using a service that I know takes care of their people. 10/10
