I changed the taillights here, the staff is very friendly, the service is very good, very recommended!

Charged me $515 just to replace the coolant hose. I was the first customer but yet I was sble to get the car before they close. Called them at 12 pm and told me it is still being fixed. The gas pedal was dusconnected and I have to get that to their attention before I Ileft the place. How would you consider that Quality?

I have been going to this location for the past 20 years. I have enjoyed Zach as a service advisor. Service is top-notch. However recently the guy who appears in charge is continuously upselling me services every time I am there.

I showed up without an appointment. They took care of my Smog & oil change while I went to lunch. I will go back to them again with my other vehicles.

I had a great experience. They were very friendly and finished in a timely manner. Joey was awsome. I will definitely use them again and also refer people.

Wow, this place was quick. Went to go get a smog check and perhaps it was by luck, but didn't have to wait long at all. Was in and out in 20 minutes. Staff was friendly add well.

Left the air conditioning on in my car today and my battery died. Luckily, I was stranded right next to this auto shop and Harpreet and Gilbert came to the rescue! They were busy but happily jump started my car for me. Thankful for Quality Tune Up Car Care and recommend this place to all!

Came in on New Years Eve at 5: 10PM. Knowing they close at 6, I came to book an appointment. I needed a smog check and Harpreet offered to do it after another car they had. I could not have been more impressed. Will be back for future services!

This was the first time I have ever sought out auto services on my own. I was very apprehensive. These guys made me feel welcome. They were attentive. Billy came out to greet me and ask how he can help. There also was an older gentlemen that greeted me on my way into the office. Joey explained what services were needed, what was done, and recommend be done in the future. Overall, my experience was excellent. I was in and out in 1/2 hour. Thank you guys so much for making what could have been an intimidating experience into an easy and pressure free transaction. I will be coming back.

The guy at the counter was nice. But the whole thing was a waste of time. I set up an 8am appointment but their techs don’t come in until 10am. So there was no point leaving my car there to sit for two hours not having work done. I was given a price higher than what I was quote for the services I had set an appointment up for. I ended up just leaving. Wanted to like this place as my mom has gotten her oil changed here and the reviews were decent. But no go. Will continue the search for a top notch auto care spot!

Everyone was very nice and professional. Took my daughter's car right away and fixed the problem. Felt the price was very reasonable and fair. Would definitely take my car or any family car to this place.

Both my son and I took our cars in for an Oil change. We just moved here and looked at several locations before deciding this location. We were attended to immediately and with great pleasure. I dropped my keys in between my car seats and they went in pretty deep. I was parked in the area and decided to ask for help at the Quality Tune up Car care center. Joey was extremely helpful and professional. A true angel!

I meant to do this review in August and got sidetracked but my husband was on me to get it done. In preparation for my trip to Reno I decided to have an oil change and unfortunately my mechanic was out due to family emergency so I found Quality Tune Up in Milpitas. They were very nice and and I initially left happy. Not even 10 min later I get a call that the mechanic forgot to put the cover on one of the filters they changed. Fortunately, I wasn't too far and went back. I left to Reno the next day and noticed that my car ran a little rough but I thought maybe it's because I'm going uphill. I didn't do any driving while in Reno so I didn't think much about it. On my way back home my engine light goes on and the car is driving a little rougher. I called Quality Tune up and they said I could bring it in but they would charge me. I told them my car was running fine prior to taking to them and he got an attitude and was dismissive. My husband ran a diagnostic and it showed I had a leak. He checked the car and the vacuum hose was off. He was livid and told me to never go back there again. He was more upset that I had driven to Reno by myself and I could have been stranded.

Good customer service. I got my oil change, spark plug change and my power steering hose replaced. Thank you to Gilbert for taking care of my car. Now my car is working good again. Keep up the good work.

Got an oil change and my coolant checked and was back on the road within 30 minutes. Will definitely be back if I need anything in this area again!

Nice, clean, simple and quick. Reminds me of the good old simple things in life. No corporate takeovers here.
