3 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change and smog check on a Thursday afternoon. Had to cancel all my plans for the afternoon.

I have been coming here for years and I trust that my car will be well taken care of. They don't try to upsell you and they do quality work. They explain things clearly, the customer service is good, and they are reasonably priced. No complaints. I will keep bringing them my business.

This place did a great job and very quickly. Location is great to walk to a few different stores while we waited. They support veterans and have a nice stone and flag dedicated to men and women who served our country.

Simple Smog check and inspection service. They were able to fit me right in before they closed and everything went smoothly. Clear upfront pricing and quick turn around with good service.

SMOG TWO THUMBS UP Just dropped in on a weekend morning.not expecting much had never been there before. All the employees were busy and the manager (I'm assuming) was training in a new kid. She and he were attending to the first in line and I got in line. I overheard her conversation and it was professional, cordial, efficient and to the point - no time or words wasted. And my turn came up and the same service. EXCELLENT! Super nice lady, knew what I wanted and worked it out lickety split. (I was there for a SMOG recert, which she said could take an hour. But she properly set my expectations, and I was thrilled to have the car and the passing smog cert within 30 minutes!) I haven't done any other work there, but will definitely consider it for future needs!

Mike and the gang there are super knowledgeable and friendly, and get the job done efficiently and in a reasonable amount of time.been going there for years.

I never come back to this shop and I don't recommend it to someone else I asked if they have enough time to oil change right now please do it they registered my car and after 65 minutes no body care about my car and I wasted my time without any service

It was my first time at the quality car care on 425 S. Winchester Blvd.and I have to say I prefer this place than any other place. Marc Osuna really helped me out and made me understand well about the maintenance that had to be done on my car. Great customer service!

Love coming to this place they are always inviting and address all my concerns. It's a first come first serve basis so I try to get there around 9. They finish the work in a timely manner. Been going here for years.

Busy shop with good staff and fair-ish cost for services. I take my car there on a regular basis. Recommended.

Great as always! Mike is the best - Professionable & Personable. Some work didn't fix one of the problems so i didn't get charged for it. Bill went from estimated $109 to $40something!

We've been bringing our cars here for Smog Checks and Oil Changes, for many years. We've even had them do small repairs that have come up. Every time we've checked for pricing quotes with other mechanics, they've had very similar pricing.

The waiting area is small, so your best bet is to drop-off and return later.

Took my vehicle in for a smog check. The staff was very friendly, the cost was reasonable, and I was in/out in 1/2 hour.

I have been to this location twice for service and I have received only honesty and ethical behavior from this shop. Mike Gattis, service manager, runs an efficient and knowledgeable crew.

The first time I went to have my brakes done. Instead of replacing front and back, they only did the front. When I asked why, they said the read brakes were fine and didn't need replacing.

Today I went in for some major service. The price for the replacement of the part was more than I could afford. Mike suggested that I go to the auto parts store nearby and by the part myself. That would save me enough money to afford the repairs.

I have never experienced such honesty and a willingness to assist the customer at the expense of their own revenue. Thank you Mr. Gattis.

Avoid this place. Smog check that should take 15 mins took 3 hours, watched people who dropped their car off after I did for the same service get there cars back before I did.

This place is slow, inefficient and cost the same, if not more than other places. I came here on a Thursday morning (not a holiday, not a weekend), and it took them 2 hours to do a simple oil change! There was not much of a line. Their workers were just walking around and chatting, instead of working. That is why there was such a long delay! It costed me more than what it cost at a Jiffy lube or Midas. Obviously, I will never be coming back.

I hate giving negative feedback but this place deserves it. I went here for a smog test on a Friday morning. After waiting 1.5 hours (which nobody warned me against), I was told that my car didn't "communicate" with their computer system and therefore failed the smog test. I didn't expect to be charged since smog test was not run completely on my car. I was charged $40 for "labor". As I disputed this, the lady in the front desk said "Let me bring somebody else because you are not capable of understanding what I am saying". Her response was rude, inappropriate and unprofessional. They didn't give my keys back until I paid. I will not be going to this place again and I don't recommend anybody else to do so.

I don't know about the quality of their work. I went there for a smog check and they told me I was next in line and would take about 30 minutes. I waited for over an hour and meanwhile saw many cars going in and out. Finally I went inside, collected my paper and left.
