Quandary Escape Rooms

The puzzles are clever and well-themed, and more importantly the people there are patient and very friendly!

I really wish I could give more stars. First, the room was fantastic! I love that EVERYBODY can do something to help escape. So, our group consisted of 4 adults and 4 kids on a Friday night. The kids were already restless when we showed up. Cody was the most AMAZING host, he was so patient with our kids and ALL their questions. Okay, so mostly they made comments about other escape rooms they've done before. The room itself was great, the puzzles were tough, but not impossible. Our group will absolutely be back for more at Quandry.

There are a lot of escape rooms, the thing that sets them apart is the people and the story, quandary has them!

My daughter had her 11yo birthday party here with her friends. They did the sweet revenge room and had a blast. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

We cannot have photos taken, so I don't have photos to share. There were 12 of us separated in 2 groups of 6. This game requires teamwork, good eyesight, and communication. I am giving my review according to how I felt and not how majority of people who love this type of game. It's interesting and will make you think. My issue is that I'm older + disabled. The people I was with were younger and I forgot my eyeglass! Lol. Hard for me to use the stairs too.
I could not help in reading tiny clues and finding codes within 60 minutes. I did help a bit, but that's about it. Check out other people's reviews and videos. I know it's definitely not for me. I would have wanted the rooms to be more well built with better finish, but it may also be intentionally designed to look like a crude DIY. Go for it if you like challenges and hints to escape. Please do not base your decision on my review. I don't recommend for people with bad eyesight, chronic pain, and mobility issues.

Awesome, detailed and well made room. It was just me and my wife but we had a blast till the end. Might even rebook the same room just to get a second go at it. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing time at Quandary! The room was a blast and definitely challenging, but we were more than capable of finding our way out. The person we worked with was also a blast. She was happy to explain to us how the different mechanisms work in the rooms and how EVERY ROOM at Quandary is made in house! Since we finished a little early, she also showed us their new, most high tech room. Quandary is truly an amazing place to go for your escape room experience, and I recommend it without a doubt.

Unfortunately, the downside to Quandary is that it is not accessible as you have to go upstairs to reach the business. However, this is listed on the website as one of their limitations. The rooms also have some small spaces that may be difficult to navigate for some, but there are still lots of puzzles that anyone can solve. I also have no doubts that if you called the business ahead of time to discuss any ability limitations in your party, they will be more than happy to help you find a room that would work best for you.

Went to Sweet Revenge. It would have been OK but one of the puzzles was malfunctioning. I paid $330 to have a fun experience but instead we had faulty puzzles and attitude. This room is very linear and we spent about 30 minutes on a malfunctioning puzzle. We couldn't do anything else or move forward until this puzzle was completed and it wasn't working. When we pointed it out to our assistant she gave us the answer to that puzzle and only added 5 more minutes. We should gave been offered to return a different day at no charge! Not only that but when she left she made a comment that if she gave us more time we wouldn't be able to solve it anyways. No one needs to be confronted with attitude and faulty puzzles when they pay a bunch of money to be entertained! I would give this place no stars if it was possible. We should have been refunded or offered to come back another time. Thanks for focusing on your phone more than your job, Merlin!

Brandon was an excellent Game Master! We did Sweet Escape and it's a really fun one. Would definitely go back!

My girlfriend took me to a zombie themed escape room last weekend. I'm a zombie freak so I was so excited and definitely not let down. The host, Dillon, was so funny and helpful. Whether it was explaining the rules, going over the bio, and giving us hints, Dillon definitely made the experience very fun and will keep us coming back to try their other rooms. Thank you for your amazing employees! Can't wait to come back!

We went and did the sweet shop as a family with our children. Dylan was an awesome game master. We had a lot of fun as a family and almost made it out. We will definitely be going back to try their other rooms.

This was mine and my friends first time trying an escape room. We did Locked in Dead and had a BLAST. The staff was super friendly, the room was very fun and intricate. We will definitely be back.

Amazing. Great customer service. So much fun! Are party had 3 no shows and they reimbursed us for it. Very clean and well organized company. We didn't escape but we had fun trying. Definitely would do it again.

Never have I had so much fun being a complete failure. My wife and I have been here twice with two different groups and failed to finish on both times but it was so much fun. They were very challenging but could be solved with enough patience. We will be back for the third room and then again when they redo them. Highly recommended!

Very personable staff, challenging puzzles without being impossible. I love how the plot continues through each of the rooms, chapters to a main story. Nobody else does that!
The ambient music in the waiting room really sets the mood.

Twas my first time doing an escape room. Great interactive puzzles and enthusiastic staff. Game Master Dillon is a great host and set a high bar of what I hope to see at other escape room establishments. Will come back for the harder puzzles!

Good challenging games with strong theming. Creative lock mechanics help the game feel more real.

Fantastic experience, my wife and I took on the middle difficulty room. More people gives you a bit more of an advantage as a heads up, but the two of us managed to solve it with 3 minutes left.

Was a lot of fun, Janessa was an awesome game master and made us excited for our next visit.

Absolutely great place. With 3 super fun rooms I can confidently recommend this place to any level of escape room enthusiast. Check them out and try to beat my time.

What a fun escape room. We did two rooms in one trip, and both were super fun, well-detailed, and challenging. Definitely a must-go, especially for experienced players!
