Quantum Escapes - Danville

We’ve done both rooms at the Danville location and loved them. My husband and I have done over 100 rooms and we really enjoyed playing the games here. The staff were kind, helpful, and pleasant.
They were very clear with the rules and expectations before entering the game, and you even sign waivers stating you understand before you enter. It’s a shame some people can’t take responsibility for their lack of comprehension skills. This place is amazing, I would definitely recommend giving them a try. We can’t wait to play games at their other location:)

Went as a group of four for a birthday and we had a lot of fun! If you’re new or beginner start with the easier ones as they are still challenging. The set ups are great and overall great experience. Will go back for more

I have gone twice with my group of friends and have loved both rooms we have done, Gamemaster Hayden was absolutely amazing and took really good care of us. Will highly recommend this place to my other friends! Keep up the awesome work!

FIRE THESE WORKERS. Every single one cussed and yelled at our children. I will never return. They called the cops after we asked them for a buisness card

Great experience! We did the no signal room and the staff were awesome.the room was fun as well, and a good difficulty for our group.would recommend!

We have been to the Danville location numerous times and love it. Always great employees who are enthusiastic and add to the experience. We’ll be back and look forward to more new rooms!

Been there twice did the Professor Pittsburg clueless let’s go Doors Nemesis XD and went back with the same group to do trapped in the 80’s and boy was that a jump in difficulty 5 hints later and we still didn’t feel like we were close. The workers are really kind and patient as long as you listen and follow the rules. All around I can’t wait to see what kind of escape room they produce next so I can go back.

My worst experience ever, I do not recommend, the staff was annoyed, treated us terribly, and verbally harassed us. They took our phones without consent, and yelled at us when asking for a light.

Kicked us out for no reason with a big group which we were a big group so they took atleast $600 from us

We’ve been to Quantum Escapes twice. My husband and I did one of the rooms, our kids the other, The staff were good with our kids. They really made both experiences worth wanting to come back again.

Don’t recommend coming here. Horrible service employees were rude and disrespectful. They blamed someone on crutches for breaking a board. In a small tiny room no lights and with 10 people. We didn’t even go for 4 minutes in the tiny room and then kicked us out. Then proceeded to tell us to not give us a refund. Then they had the audacity to threaten us to call the police. We spent over 800$ we never got it back. Spend your money somewhere else. DON’T EVER COME HERE.

Took my brother here for his birthday and had a blast! He said it was the best part of the day! The staff was extremely nice and made the day special for him!

Horrible place really so rude. They DONT know how to treat a customer. Don’t come here ever. We spent 800 dollars and got kicked out for nothing. We didn’t even get a refund too.

This was our first escape room and we had so much fun! The game master was thorough and help when needed. We chose the “beginner” experience and it still was challenging and nothing was overly obvious.ample parking, clean facilities. I would recommend.

Who is our first time going. We had a great experience- We went with our two kids who are 8 and 10. The kids had a blast also.
