Cafe Quattro Caffé reviews
17For all the Italians of Italy: avoid this place. This is not an Italian restaurant. The food is truly Inedible.
I took my 4-year-old son here on a random Wednesday evening, clearly not having any expectations for amazing service with a preschooler on a weekday, but Aubrey (our waitress) was phenomenal! Her charming personality and wit really made our evening. We have every intention to come back and only request her seating area from now on. Please ask for Aubrey if you get the chance! Thank you for exceptional service, which is unfortunately so rare nowadays.
I have been coming here since I was 7, and been coming ever since. The food, atmosphere, and music are all amazing. The food is one to die for and is not overly expensive. I’ve been to multiple restaurants in my life and this one I always consistently come back to. I’ve gotten to know the staff and they always know what I want. The staff is super friendly and the service is fast even when it’s a busy time they still run out the food at a reasonable pace. I’ve never been dis-satisfied at this place and their steaks are juicy. Not to mention the genius design of the tables! Ladies if you have a purse or multiple shopping bags the tables have a hook in each side to keep them in place. If you guys ever come by South Coast Plaza please try this restaurant truly one of the best I’ve been to.
Food not good. I got a very kind greeting from the manager, but then went downhill.my ravioli was literally floating in oil/butter.management shouting across the restaurant to hostess and servers to do things and it was just unprofessional…sat at a 4 top and they didn’t even clear my 3 extra platea. Austin was the only one who was very professional in all my interactions with him- hire more servers like him!
I love this place. They have live music, cooking classes, and good selections of food and drinks. Manager with staff were very nice. Definitely a good stop while shopping to put good food in your system.or having some fun lovely times when they have events, live music and various celebrations. The place has good energy. Totally recommend it for Italian food at South Coast.
Try the pumpkin ravioli, amazing. Staff take very good care of you, but it's just loud all the time. Mall noise, restaurant noise, music.
The best Margherita pizza this side of Naples. The lasagna is still a work in progress but the service is outstanding
I thoroughly enjoyed the Rustico Panini and highly recommend it! I got it with the side salad and look forward to the next time to have it again!
This review is for our waitress, Bouthenia. She was extremely unwelcoming and rude. The only time she spoke with us was to ask us what we like to order. She never checked up on us considering the restaurant was not busy at all. No hi, no welcome, no thank you. She just put the check at our table without saying a word, just attitude.
We love the food and ambiance of Quattro. It’s unfortunate we had this very unpleasant and unprofessional encounter with her.
Loved the atmosphere but ordered Panini had to much mayo or what ever could not rat it. Desert was good. Will probably not eat there again. 70 for lunch way to much.
Very nice and cozy place with a variety of delicious dishes. Live music is always on and the dance floor is calling.
Me and my wife were at Quattro today for lunch we placed order around 12: 00 pm and didn’t come out for 1hour and 20 mins. Then the food came out and it was cold!
The Quattro Caffe located in the South Coast shopping center is such a great place to take a break from shopping and sit down to enjoy some great Italian food. The restaurant was very busy on our last visit which is a great sign. We had fish & salad on this last visit. The salmon was so delicious & moist.what a great dish. We finished it all off with their special treat of a double affogato.make sure you order one because it is so tasty.
Pretty good pizza, nice salad and good service. Not bad for a restaurant in the mall (South Coast Plaza). Worked out well after a show at the theater.
Went with co-workers for a birthday luncheon. The pizza reminded me of a pizza we had in Compania Italy a few years ago, really good. Service was good, but the other food was just okay. The halibut was very dry and not that flavorful. Maybe an off day, we all have those. I'd definitely dine here again to see.
Great "Frank Sinatra" singer entertaining the diners. He even went around thru the crowd personally sang. Extremely enjoyable. Food was very good, but we'd go back just to hear "Sinatra" again.
