The work I receive is top notch. I love the nail techs. My nails always look amazing. However there's a main woman that takes all the phone calls and appointments, every single time I call she is extremely rude and rushed. It's worse when you're there getting services. She walks around talking loudly and always seems upset like if she's scolding the other techs. The noise amongst her verbally communicating is unbearable at times. This is a main reason I have not returned.

Ask for Quindy! She does the best gel manicures and gel pedicures! Make sure you call ahead to book an appointment with her.

She put on pink so I asked her to remove and this is what I was left with.

Walked in for a gel manicure & pedicure and no one greeted me. Will not be returning and will never be recommending this place for services.

I typically never leave reviews even with a bad experience, but this is probably one of the worst encounters. The pedicure was meh, but the gel manicure I received honestly looks like a toddler did it. The ridges, unevenness of color and nails lengths (even though they are short nails). I was hesitant of getting color, but decided to give it chance. I know I should have said something, but I was just ready to leave.

Quindy is the queen of gel manicures and pedicures! I have been seeing her for about 7 months now and love her!
