Queen Nail Salon & Spa, Hayward CA

My nails were very pretty, but they didn’t last very long. And when i went to soak off my nails at home, i noticed the acrylic wasn’t bubbling (which is supposed to). It was sticky and gel like. Which then i realized that they used mma. MMA monomer is illegal in 30 states. And it also left a yellow stain on my actual nails

Took my 3 girls here.first time getting their nails done.they each loved the ladies that were doing their nails.they went in with pictures of how they wanted their nails done on their phones.and all nails look Amazing! Just like the pictures! They had a great experience

Third time coming here and will most likely be coming back more. I mainly come for pedicures and manicures but I don’t get any color or anything like that. I forgot to get the name of the woman who did my manicure and pedicure but she was very professional and took her time to do a good job, shoutout to her!

Don’t ever come to this place. I came in for a trim and color change I came in with coffin shape nails and left with square. The lady who did my nails barely spoke to me and she was on the phone the entire time. She slice my skin open with the nail filer.she rushed and sloppy. She proceeded to be rough with my hands even after she cut me. She laughed and said sorry once she went over the cut once again. The polish is very sloppy and is already bubbling and I literally just left the nail salon. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had and a nail salon. Not to mention the nail salons in the Bay Area aren’t that great either. And I’ve never went out of my way to make a bad review. They either need to hire different workers or just shut down completely because that was just ridiculous. Not to mention she charge me $25 for a trim and color change.

Ivy is the only one I will let touch my nails. She is such a sweetheart and gentle when working

Really love this place? Usually I get my nails done it's either I'm in pain or my fingers are hurting but this place is the best highly recommend

Within a week every single one of my nails had lifted. I had actually went back the same day because they had forgot to buff them out. The lady gave me attitude for asking her to do that. Not friendly service at all. Would not recommend.

This is my 3rd visit in this salon. The first and second time was not very good. This 3rd visit Thuy did a very good job on my nails (gel manicure) and Helen gave me a good pedicure as well. These two ladies are now my go to manicurist/pedicurist.

Spent 3 hours reading reviews on salons in Hayward that provided a nail and lash service, when I decided on going to this one I was skeptical but the prices were low so I figured might as well. I am pleasantly pleasantly surprised with my experience here. Tina, my singing nail artist, gave me the best acrylic set I've probably ever paid for.she was very thorough and paid close attention to getting every little detail just right.she was also very bubbly.didn't get to catch my lash artists name but she did a great job as well. I've been getting my lashes done for about 6 months and have gone to many different places.the lashes she gave me are just as voluminous as others that I've paid over $160 for. AND IT WAS ONLY $50.
BUT, FYI.website prices aren't accurate, my nails were $40 which is still really cheap for the length and quality I got. & lashes are $50, $80 or $100. I got the $50 set and have whole a** curtains on my face, I freaking love it. I can only imagine the $80-$100 are even better but if you're looking for full lashes on a budget, you'll no doubt be happy with the $50.
I wish I wasn't moving, I'd make this my regular salon

I love getting my hands and feet done here at my neighborhood spot. The folks are pretty fast yet will engage in great conversation and their prices are similar to other full service nail shops.

I moved to Sacramento but still come here to get my nails done. Not able to find the same quality & service in Sac. Btw, these are mine.

Vicky is the person that go to she does all the new styles of nails and it's pretty fast oh she's not available there's always Peter he's also great not too sure about everyone else but those who people are the best there

The WORST over priced.pedi lady rushed.nail salon with dingy towels garbage bags for pedi bowls just horrible un-organized dirty. I am not sure how they get got five stars

The customer service was, is & will continue to be HORRIBLE! They are so rude and over charge for their services. I got a gel full set done on a FRIDAY and by WEDNESDAY I already needed a fill.will never return here AGAIN!

Dispite all the good reviews i really disliked this salon. They charged me 35$ for some messed up ugly square nails.i ask for square and the lady gave me some ugly shape and they were all cricked. They also didnt last long, I hardly do anything that would break or cause them to fall off easily but these fell in a week. I don’t recommend this place in my opinion, and the lady that did my nails had a horrible attitude she wanted things her way.

I liked this place the first few times I got my feet done, but this last time the nail tech kept telling me (more than 3 times) for the next time to bring cash with me cause she wanted her tip in cash and not on my bank card.stfu! Never coming back again.

Terrible service paid for something a full set of nails and what they did was just put my nails with the acrylic they left me very ugly thick nails and did not remove cuticle nothing bad service was my first and last time I go!

They will attempt to upsale you, the male stylists are VERY rude, and it's a bit cramped inside compared to other salons.

Unfortunately my mom did not have a good experience here. Once she had her glasses on she noticed that her toes were not painted all the way through, so she had to go back in. She didn't get the clear nail polish that all nails salons usually put on the nails after the color. I am guessing they forgot to put it on? We though we would try this place out since we saw some good reviews.

Their service is really good, this lady gave me a really nice massage on my feet, and she was very fast. The only reason why I didn't like it and the most important is because they don't sterilize their tools and she used the same nail file that she had used on a previous client. You could tell that she had used that same one for previous customers too. For this reason I plan not to come back.
