I am a new customer at Queen salon in Sherman Oaks. After a few appointments I wanted to leave a high review of Paul's, and the ladies work. I get dipping powder, they have a beautiful selection of colors. I do not use acrylic, but I do use dipping powder on my nails, they last up to 4 weeks. My pedicure is always beautifully colored. The prices are reasonable, and they follow covid procedures. I've also done my waxing here, and they have not fail to please. I highly recommend my local salon.

After having my first mani/pedi on a cruise a couple of years ago, I decided that I would start pampering myself after the trip. (Actually, I have back problems and cutting my own toenails is a very painful experience for me.) I found this shop on-line. It is very close to home. I figured that I would start here, try others, and decide which one I liked the best. Well, I found no need to look any further. Nancy took wonderful care of me, did an amazing job, was very friendly, and did not have any issues with my being a man (and yes, I get polish on my toes and gels on my fingers). I return every 3-4 weeks and always look forward to it. The shop is small, intimate, and clean. Though I am loyal to Nancy, the others there are friendly and welcoming. I have recommended the shop and Nancy to many people. I, when on a family vacation, showed my sisters and cousin my nails. They were very impressed When I told my sisters and cousin how much I paid for everything, they were shocked. All of them pay much more at their shops. Thank you Nancy and Queen Nails!

They claim they dont know how to do acrylic. Not good

The new ownership is awesome. Fantastic customer service and the girls all do great work on my hands and feet.

Sorry to say it's not what it was when Rose owned it.
