Since they have reopen back up I have identify them to be pricey then before which is immoral to increase prices during a crisis. Queen nails is price gouging during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The pedicure spa went from $18 to now being $28 and that doesn’t include callus remover nor gel polish I can just imagine how much all that will cost I am so sadden about the price change I will find me another Nail Shop to go to with fair pricing Queen nails has lost me as a customer.

I do not recommend this place.
I went there twice and both times my nails started falling off after not even a week.

Don’t come here at all they don’t know how to do nails or even pedicure and to do a design you have to wait for the only person on there to do it. It took me over two hours to be done with something that usually take one.

This is the best nail shop! This is the place were I come everytime I wanna feel beautiful wit the moon change $ cat eye nail color are the best!

Horrible went to get my eyelashes done here fell off the same day & my eyes were really irritated and I had blurry vision

Mia and xuly is the best. I always come get my pedicure with Mia and New York is good also michelle is nice and Micheal is funny and sweet my number 1 nail shop with my favorite people

I went here monday and helen tried to charge me 30 dollars for a fill! I couldnt believe it, then she went to 20 dollars wich is still high, i had one nail she had to replace horrible job it was so thin it popped off as i was typring at work! Hopefully someone can fix it! I wont go back there, i will stick with queen nails on slauson and vermont.

Got a pedicure done by a lady named Kim. Excellent. I always get my nails done by a lady named June. Phanominal!

For the most part, I like this nail shop. However this weekend I came here for a pedicure and the woman who helped was rough, and sloppy with her work. I was polite and still tipped but I may never come back.

Every where you go everyone has their style of doing nails. Ask for me, the lady name New York works there. She's from New York. She does my nails. Everyone asks me who does my nails and I recommend them to her. She does my cat eye lashes also. Has a photo book with her work in it. Those nails are the bomb. Trust me. Too many workers laughing and talking and eating and not trying to get the customers out of there in a timely manner

My nails & pedicure came out bomb. I enjoyed the foot massage. I left the salon so relaxed. I had my fingernails & toes decorated. I'm a happy camper. Yay!

My family so friendly great service just know if yu go here and yu want designed nail yu have to go to Tina the owner

The quality of service is poor. I went in for a basic mani, pedi, and eyebrows. The lady started on my feet. I see or techs sitting and standing around. I'm wondering when they plan to start on my hands. A lady comes in after me and is seated next to me. After a while she yells, "who's going to do my hands. " They quickly send one of the ones standing around over to start her hands. So, I ask the same question. How can you send someone to start her service before mine. This location isn't being managed properly. After evaluating my experience I turned down the other two services. I waited for the lady to finish my feet and will not be going back. The lady that did my feet rubbed a piece of lemon across my toes and put it back in the tub with the rest of the lemons she intends to use on other customers. That seems to be a health code violation. I just can't stress enough that I would recommend you go somewhere else.

The nail technician did a pretty good job so I thought.as soon as I left the place I noticed she cut almost all my cuticles, she didn’t polish my nails right. My nails also have dents! I noticed some blue spots started to appear on some of the nails. It was my first time going there & I had the worst experience ever!

They did a horrible job. She was yanking off my nails and she cracked my nail all the way down until it started bleeding. And her response was "when we put it in the water you'll be fine"

Went to do my nails withthe gel nail polosh my nail literately started breaking the nwct day never goinf back again hated it then the next two days my aunt went to do her eyebrows and the lady messed them up.

I get my nails done by Michael his really good, I'm always getting my nails done by him I really suggest you go with him if you ever go back & for pedi go with Sarah or Kim they are really awesome I guarantee it

Worst place to get a pedicure.
They made my friends toe bleed and stuffed it with some black gunck and it turned out to get infected.
It's disgusting how instead of trying to help fix the problem they try to blame the customer.
