Have been to this salon multiple times they have excellent, friendly service, and great prices.

I’ve been going to Queen Nail for over 4 years. My appointments are always great and timely. The staff is polite and listen to all request. Myself, mother and daughter go to them for all pedicures, full sets and fills. They are an exceptional business

Very good gel pedicure they take their time and are very detailed. The shape is always good so is the quality of the pedicure! Definitely recommend! I’ve gotten my pedicure done by both Natalie and Twin and they both do a great job!

10/10 salon! I’ve only been going to Queen Nails and Hair for the past eight months now because no other place will provide the price and quality of the services they offer. I highly recommend this salon, ask for Natalie. She is so talented and will never disappoint you with her manicure, pedicure, and wax! She pays very close attention to detail and will always be leaving the shape and color of your nails perfect. I always leave satisfied, thank you for the amazing customer service!

Called 30 min ahead of coming in on Saturday and asked if they had time for a mani/pedi (full set and gel pedi). I was confirmed and got an estimate on cost ($70) but received no mention of cash only policy over the phone. Upon arrival I was the only customer and was told cash only in person. They had an atm but if told ahead of time I would have been better prepared to pay in full cash, not just cash for tip. Seeing how I was the only customer I didn’t expect the nail technician to rush through on filing down my hand
cuticles so fast and so rough with the electric filer. When she finished I let her know many nails were crooked and some longer than the others. She complained and insisted that it’s the way I held my hand out that it looked that way, but proceeded to file them again. I didn’t realize until I got home that she made me bleed on four different nail beds. I had to put bandaids and ointment because of much it hurt. Will never return again.

I walk in to this shop to get my pedicure done. It's first time in my life. My big toes nails getting hurt that's why I tried to come to any shop close to my house. At first I was shy because all girl and I was only guy there. The one did pedicure for me is so nice and help me to remove the skin inside my corner of my toes. I forgot what is it but she tried to help me out. One of her coworker care for me and ask if Im OK all the time. I trust them and I will come back. They're friendly and treat me like a family member.

I’ve been here twice now and both times I have had a great experience! The staff were so nice and caring. Definitely my new nail spot!

This is my first time going to this place and unfortunately the last one. Prices are good, but the lady who did my pedicure hurt me to the point where one of fingers was bleeding. I got not even an apology as she pretended nothing has happened. A different person did my nails. She was nice but did a poor quality job. I provided an example with a picture of one of my nails that was not properly shaped.

On Friday, Oct. 13,2023, I came 15 minutes early for an appointment I booked to have my nails filled and a pedicure Five days in advance I booked the appointment.and I called one day prior to confirm the simultaneous P&W nail fill and pedicure. When I arrived, the owner was set up and started on my nails as her aesthetician conducted my pedicure. Approximately 30 minutes into my appointment, a young lady walked in and asked to have her nails filled and toe nail polish re-applied, and the owner told me would find the powder she used on my nails the week previous, and she was going to foil her nails quickly and come back. I didn’t appreciate the break-in-service, but I knew it was financially advantageous to her to get it started and let her nail technician finish my toe nails and take over for her.

While doing the young lady’s nails, another client of hers who was a client for “10 years” called and said she just woke up and needed her to do her nails. The owner explained to her that she had a client with a booked appointment and to come in at 10: 00am. When the young lady arrived, instead of coming back to finish my nails, she started filling the nails of her friend and made a point of saying out loud several times that the woman was a 10-year customer and her loyalty to her was more important than finishing my nails and she would get to my nails when my pedicure was finished.

I only projected 2 hours into my schedule for the service based on 29 years of getting my nails and toe nails done concurrently, not consecutively. I had numerous other appointments scheduled for the day since it was my birthday and celebrations were scheduled all weekend long.

I ended up calling and scheduling an appointment with Lindsay at SK Nails, (who did a fantastic job at cleaning up the mess the owner of Queen Nails left on my fingernails) and after the owner tried to Nichole and dime me for less than optimal service and skills - I paid for my pedicure and walked out.

The woman had the audacity to ask me to come back later that day! She had no respect for my time. And, her character reflected a lack of honor and integrity, in her undignified behavior. I trust people who do the right thing at all times, and keep their word.

She tried to tell me she didn’t know I wanted the services conducted at the same time when that’s how we were set up when I initially got there.

Two weeks prior to this appointment I witnessed her unprofessional and provoking behavior to an African woman whose nails she was finishing. It concerned me, but I decided to overlook her conduct and give her the benefit of the doubt. It was a great mistake on my part and one I hope other woman will not make.

Do not come here. This woman is unprofessional, uncaring, and her values are selfish. She is a disrespectful, greedy, and prideful woman who does not treat others with the honor and disunity they deserve. There are many other shops with better technicians. Take your money there and get the service you deserve.

Twin is so accommodating and sweet. Just go! You won’t regret it. It’s the environment the vibe.

I've been getting my mani/pedis here for almost 4 months now. It's very relaxing and the staff is attentive and polite. They also do a wonderful job assisting with your experience. And those massage chairs are so my thing!
