7I always recommend this clinic to my clients as it is very clean and the staff is very kind.
Worst place ever
Staff rude since the beginning
When called long hold time to make an appointment and dianna in the phone was very rude
My husband schedule an appointment for today at 10: 50 they requested to be 20 min early
My husband got there at 10: 20 when walked in he mention he has an appointment at 10: 50 very rude black lady didn’t let him to even finish his sentence and told him that he was gonna be called and to sit down and wait
He trusted the lady since she works there
Hours pass by and he was never called
He keep asking this lady what was going on
And she was telling him to go sit down and wait to be called in a very rude way. She left and a another guy was attending
my husband asking why they haven’t called him and he asked if he was subscribed he told him all the things the lady said to him and the guy apologized to him and told him that the other lady was supposed to help him and she didn’t that they didn’t have time to attend him today even tho he had an appointment and everything confirmed and that he needed to come on Friday to have his appointment. Such ridiculous stuff, he was told all of this at 1: 00 pm he was there 3 hours such a waste of time and such unprofessional staff.
They should have the image of Satan, the Devil because this is who they truly worship. Beginning with dr. Celo (Dr. Jekyll) and dr. Gandhi (Mr. Hyde). "Beware of false prophets which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their works, a good tree does not bear bad fruit and a bad tree does not bear good fruit" Mathew 7: 15-20. "For such are false apostles' deceitful workers transforming themselves into apostles of Christ and no wonder for Satan transforms himself into an angel of light. Therefore, it is no great thing if his ministers transform themselves into ministers of righteousness; whose end will be according to their works" II Corinthians 11: 13-15. “The Devil is like a roaring lion looking at whom to devour” I Peter 5: 8. It is written, “Vengeance is mine; I will repay those who deserve it, says the Lord God, ” Romans 12: 19. Viva Cristo Rey!
They alright but it's a eye Dr dentist and you can filled your prescriptions here so easy don't be late to your appt they are not good at making appt or rescheduling I'm starting to hate this place
QueensCare Health Center Hollywood location. This place is the greatest! Always the greatest patient relations I've ever seen. As a whole I can't say enough great things about everyone but my Dr has the best bedside manner ever! Thank you for listening and having empathy Dr Debnath. You're the best!
High volume barrio clinic run better than their other 5 locations, but untrained staff, understaffed office, and tone deaf doc Kraig Golden who pushes vaccines and blood tests, yet ignores documented injuries and patient needs while giving no common sense health advice - while shaming you for doing online research since negligent insurance and clinics refuse to help, make for a gas lighting game of musical chairs where you'll never have your needs addressed as a patient.
It took 3 years and numerous complaints to upper executive directors to even see a doctor after always being saddled with nurse practitioners who won't even look at your body or give any common sense advice or care.
Kraig Golden refused to help with any kind of disability paperwork after he said he would complete it. Not sure how he has a medical license if he can't figure out how to fill out a simple form. Constant excuses. Bait and switch.
Their entire clinic assumes that the injured patient will do all of the work to process it themselves, including going to find the paperwork, delivering to clinic to be signed, and then coming back for a 4th time to pick up the signed paperwork since they don't have the maturity to process it themselves. Their immature staff literally asked if I had a husband or family to do the courier delivery service for them. Not everyone has an extended family to do THEIR JOB.
I've never seen such a dysfunctional lazy system. All other professional functional offices provide SDI paperwork on site and patient care. Transferred out.
