Queenstown Public House reviews
18Awesome spot. Food portions are very generous, could have shared many dishes. We had the vegetarian pies, meatloaf, beet salad, roasted squash, all of it was good. Atmosphere is cozy and homey. Would recommend!
Queenstown Public House is a fantastic spot for a casual meet-up with friends, offering a welcoming atmosphere and pub-style delights. The highlight is undoubtedly the expansive outdoor patio, providing the perfect setting for group gatherings. On our visit, we opted for the classic fish and chips, a savory delight that lived up to expectations.
The drink selection at Queenstown Public House is noteworthy, with a special nod to their impressive tequila offerings. Whether you're into classics or exploring something new, the bar caters to varied tastes. The overall experience was enhanced by the friendly and attentive staff, who contributed to the laid-back vibe of the place. It's the kind of establishment where good times are not just expected but practically guaranteed. Queenstown Public House is a delightful choice for those seeking a combination of great food, refreshing drinks, and a convivial atmosphere.
Came here with a friend for brunch one weekday right when they opened & I thoroughly enjoyed my time here! I ordered the Avocado Toast with smoked salmon since I didn't want anything too heavy & I was expecting just casual avocado toast with some salmon. Boy was I surprised at the presentation! Beautiful colors assorted on my plate and the salmon looked so good! The side salad was so yummy & fresh with a light citrussy dressing. I definitely want to come back here again to try something different!
Such a perfect spot downtown. Great pub atmosphere, amazing food. And the decorations for Christmas were out of a dream.
Incredibly good burgers and a good vibe. If you want a place that is not too noisy and has good food, this is the place to be.
There’s nothing wrong to say at all. Such a welcoming cosy place and atmosphere. The team was really nice and helpful. They took care of us. The food was excellent, from the fries to the croissant sandwich to the quinoa salad as much as the burger of the month, delightful please thanks the kitchen team. As per the other Queenstown location we weren’t disappointed. The restaurant is beautifully arranged and decorated, our server did everything to make us feel at home. We’re highly and strongly recommend again any visits as we’re planning to try the one at La Jolla. Thanks for a great time and moment.
A cute restaurant/bar with amazing food options. If you are hungry and in the mood for a good burger or French toast, check this place out! Really cute atmosphere inside the restaurant, with some outdoor seating available. The coffee here was to die for.
Recommended by my son and it didn't disappoint. We all loved our food. Christmas decorations made it very festive.
We have always loved QT and were so happy when they added happy hour. However, their off hour martinis were $24. That is insane. Many high-end restaurants in Little Italy don't even charge close to this price. I experienced this with other drinks at the bar as well.
Server was very attentive and she got a heater set up for my mother in law. The food was great and authentic. The conversation was flowing, 6 of us spent at least 2 hours here eating and talking and enjoying ourselves.
Love the gingerbread house decorations for Christmas. The pot pie is divine. Burger club is where it's at
I loved the Christmas decor here! My partner and I ordered the steak Caesar, however, both of our steaks were medium well / well done when we ordered medium. The kitchen was very accommodating about fixing the order though. The holiday drinks were pretty good as well. I did think the food was over-priced for what we got. We spent $160 for an app, two entrees, and two drinks. The lamb skewers was our favorite.
Fun seating area with basically all outside seating. Happy hour all day Wednesday is a fantastic way to try lots of different beer and sliders. Food was excellent and service was good. There will probably be a wait, yes. Good variety of locally produced beers and ciders on tap.
Gingerbread themed New Zealand Restaurant. Fantastic fare, friendly service, creative cocktails and beautiful outdoor seating. The breakfast choices are varietal and the Christmas decorations make for a festive visit.
A good and friendly spot for a beer and a burger. I was hoping to discover something more New Zealandish though.
Great brunch option with nice vibes indoor and outdoor. TVs indoor with football/basketball
Food and drinks were great. Lamb burger pic. Service was not good, I had to ask the receptionist to send a waiter, too much waiting after that.
Great friendly service. Cute patio. Great food. A solid brunch for not a lot of money! Great portions.
