Went in three weeks ago for blood work funny how my doctor office said they never gotten it been the run around

Walk-ins at this location are 45 minutes to an hour wait times if not more. Quest diagnostic laboratory is by far the worst laboratory I've ever been subjected to use and I'm going out of my way not to use them anymore because it's unprofessional. Quest diagnostic is a horrible company that would use slavery if they could get away with it to turn a profit. They keep both locations in Camarillo understaffed and underpaying so The workers have no incentives to work harder but I don't even blame them because there's only so much one or two people can do when there should be at least five or six people working. The workes who don't want to help you at all. They take forever and wait times are ridiculously long. This is a horrible facility The other one in Camarillo is Even worse. Avoid it

No walk ins. Call for appt but number disconnected and online appt doesn't take! How ya suppose to get a dam appt.

Horrible customer service staff is so unprofessional and not helpful at all. Had me waiting all day without even helping me.

It was my first time in the facility. The laboratory technician that helped me was knowledgeable and accommodating. She took the time to explain that some tests may not be covered by my insurance. My visit was quick even though I am a walk-in. I highly recommend this Facility.

Made an appointment online for Monday at noon.got there to realize they are closed at noon and don't take appointments at that time. So they open at 1pm and do not take walk-ins. I had to visit 2 other Quests before I was able to get my blood drawn.

This lab is terrible! I tried to make an appointment online but the system would not let me so I walked in on a Saturday and waited for an hour and nobody even acknowledged that I was there. Nobody came in or out for at least 30 minutes then all of a sudden people with appointments began arriving and were taken back immediately. There was another lady who had been waiting for 3 hours and was never acknowledged. Then a lady came out and said she would not be able to take any walk ins because of all the appointments they had. There was literally at least 30 minutes where no one with an appointment came in. They could have easily taken me or at least the lady who had been waiting for hours. I am shocked at how unprofessional this lab is. They advertise that they take walk ins but could not take even one of the two walk-ins they had.

Made an appointment online and arrived at my appointment date. I checked in via their electronic scanner and was greated by an employee at my appointment time. I was in and out in 5 to 10 minutes.

This is the worst location I’ve been to in the entire county of Ventura. The location I usually use is the one at 500 Paseo but they’ve decided to make that location open very rarely, which forced me to this one. I was hoping the last time I was here it was just a fluke that they were so backed up, waiting room packed, people trying to stay 6 feet apart and many outside. Sadly, here again now for my 10: 30 appt and once again there are at least 5 people in the waiting room and some outside. On the tv, it shows people in the queue and there are about 10 people ALL with a 10: 30 appt. It’s 10: 41, and I don’t know how long I’ll have to be here. UNACCEPTABLE!

After years of receiving walk in service, I learned that an appointment is now necessary. My physician order a test. I was referred to a different time and date. Assuming I my be fasting the 230 pm would not be acceptable. I cannot go all day without eating. The phone number for the facility on the website is no longer in service.

I had an appointment scheduled. I was running from work taking time off to be there. I was was about 12-15 minutes late and there was no one else there. The woman told me they don't take walk ins. When I told her I had an appointment was just a little late, she told me that they can't do the test today. There was literally no one in the waiting area or outside anywhere so obviously they weren't busy. This lady didn't care at all.
Update: I went on the website to try to reschedule. They had two open appointments right after me. They could have easily just rescheduled it.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. You set your appointment times which they refuse to go by. Every worker has an attitude like it’s not their job to work there. They need to really change things up because it’s just a joke of a company.

Been waiting over a month for important blood test results. Can not get through via phone because the mailbox is full. Absolutely ridiculous. Zero compassion.

Walked in at 9: 50 and put my name on the list. According to the website the wait would be 25 minutes. Waited and waited and waited. According to the “list” it was 30 minutes. Waited and waited and waited. Suddenly my name disappeared off the list. When I asked about the situation I was told that My paperwork was already pulled and that was why I was off the list. Eventually at 11: 45 I was able to go back. The staff was overwhelmed and Quest Diagnostics could care less. The people themselves are good. Since they have essentially created a monopoly in this area they don’t have to worry about customer service at all. I have had a similar experience at other Quests but none this bad.

We made an appointment and still had to wait a while, the lady that took us in was extremely RUDE and disrespectful! I can’t believe I even thought about going there. The lady that was so rude. SO RUDE, IF YOU CANT DECIDE TO BE KIND TO PEOPLE THEN WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU WANNA WORK IN THE MEDICAL FIELD TO SEE PATIENTS! THINK A LITTLE
