Best Quest ever; very clean location and the phlebotomist Wendy was super helpful and very professional. She was very tentative with everyone that was walking in. THANK YOU for making my day. =0)

Nicole is totally amazing, but when she was gone NELSON was COMPLETELY rude to my mom, telling her EVERYTIME that she said she needed certain blood test for chemo the following week, he shot her down playing doctor shooting down every possible solution we tried to say and was completely rude cut us off to a point my mom slumped over in defeat and I jumped in after he shot her down so much. My mom clearly wasn’t feeling good and he still persisted with being rude saying they don’t do every month blood work, they only offer EVERY FOUR WEEKS, which last I checked is a month? U couldn’t win with him or even let him hear you out. I said this was never an issue and he had nothing to say, and come to find when we checked in car if it was month, IT HAD BEEN A MONTH THE DAY WE WENT! So he needs to learn to count as well, he pulled out a two week order when he requires a four week, scary for those who can’t advocate for themselves, he needs new profession and it’s unacceptable making hard thing harder. These complaints usually fall on deaf ears, but at least others know to watchout for NELSON. HE IS NOT A DOCTOR AND NEEDS TO STOP ACTING LIKE HE IS

Personally, this is my favorite Quest location. It's conveniently located to my work and now home. It is very simple to schedule an appointment and you can often get one on the next day if needed. They are not open very late, but the employees are professional, knowledgeable, and are able to locate my difficult veins better than many other places I've been. I get blood work done every few months, so for me that's really important.

Not friendly, Dirty, DIRTY AND RUDE, TRY to get to go anyplace else for your test. Waist of my life.

Nicole is terrific! As a cancer survivor, I had to do labs quite often, but I am a very difficult stick! I was so happy to find icoleas she got in n out without skipping a beat!

Nelson was the best! Very friendly and made me feel comfortable even though I am very anxious about blood draws. He was also so quick with the draw so that I barely noticed we had done a number a vials.

There's NO WAY to get a human on the phone here either! These companies will ALWAYS place profit over humans, make no mistake about that.

Be prepared for a lengthy wait if you don’t have an appointment. Came in at 11: 00. Checked in, estimated time was 7 minutes. 45 minutes later, was called to the window. The staff is really kind once you get in the back though. Took good care of my grandmother though with her blood draw.

I decided to do the gluten and food allergies test last oct 8 week and I didn’t get my results yet. I didn’t have a doctor’s order, I just paid with my credit card and went to the San Pedro office, CA. There is no communication when I am going to get the results or a phone number to speak with someone. The app says in process since last week. I

Nicole was extremely rude. The kind of people that go to work to make people life miserable. To be bad she needs to improve a lot.

Lady at the front desk is so rude. Please go somewhere else if you don't want your day ruined. Never going here again.

This place was awful. I had an appointment. Upon arrival, their app estimated my wait time to be about 8 minutes. I ended up waiting 45 minutes to be seen. People came in AFTER me and were taken ahead of me; so apparently if you’re late, you’re rewarded with being shot up to the front of the line. When I finally was seen, they said they didn’t have my orders, which they could have easily had during my wait. I had to wait another 10 minutes, so total wait time already near an hour during mid-day Tuesday.

Now I’m after my test and it turns out the nurse didn’t do half the tests I had on the order. I’m livid! Do yourself a favor and find ANY other office.

They do not have enough staff in the mornings to handle the number of people who need to get their testing done before work. Staff doesn’t have great customer service skills.seems they don’t respect their workplace. Might be that they’re not paid enough.
