Terrible customer service you have to check in using an app they only have one employee who does all the testing who also is the person who receives you. They save money by not hiring a receptionist and make you check yourself in. You definitely feel like a product not a patient.

I made an appointment and that was useless. Only one person works this office. I say try elsewhere. Took forever!

The service is bad it makes me not even want to come over here to get my aunts blood out because they always rush us out! They always refuse people service! I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never had a problem with their service until now because they don’t accept walk ins and they close earlier and they did not inform anybody that they close early they are rude and not friendly!

They are by appointment only and they don’t have it previously said on their phone recording or website. I feel like they really wasted my time and resources of transportation

There is no grace period at this place they need to tell their patients to walk out to the public street to get pick up. Im not paying for the privilege of picking them up.

I came to quest for testing for a life insurance policy. I get my blood drawn regularly for other reasons, and have never experienced what I did here! I’m pun having a nurse friend check me out, it appears the woman trying my blood blew my van! She yank the needle out rather quickly when finished and I immediately had a huge ache shooting up and down my arm that lasted days. Now very intense bruising. Nothing is more disappointing than someone being so reckless with your physical health and body!

No real issues except I sometimes experience a 10+ minute wait despite making an appointment. Paying for parking is kinda annoying.

I hate needles and they are it so painless and easy I don't gave to worry about getting blood drawn Thank the lord!

Customer service as a whole for Quest is not quality. My Dr. Requested a lot of blood labs and I was concerned over the cost. I tried figuring out if my insurance would cover them before getting the lab work and their system is designed to keep you in the dark!
Called quest. They said I have to call my insurance. My insurance wanted some codes for the diagnosis. Quest would not provide them to me. Was promised that they would tell me at the office if they were covered before submitting to the lab work. At the office they were not helpful in answering my questions. Said they had to send the lab work to get a response. I don’t know if I should’ve looked for a different lab company. I don’t even know if there is another one that would be more helpful or if they’re all the same. I did the lab tests and now I have to pray that my insurance will cover at least some of it or be faced with a big juicy charge.

Worst service on the planet. Plan on spending hours hear even if you’re just dropping something off. Also, expect for the workers to intentionally avoid everyone to avoid any questions. They should just shut this place down if they’re not going to staff it correctly

This place is great! I had my blood drawn and I had no difficulties or complications, nor wait time either. The nurse drawing my blood was super friendly and she was very careful to make sure I was fine. The lady in the front office was also helpful and checked me in right when I showed up. I just would advise people to make an appointment before you arrive so you can avoid any wait time.

If I could give a negative stars it'd be -5. The ladies here have no respect for their elders or anyone in general. Instead of helping out the elder they just ignore and have them do everything, even after them explaining they don't know how to work the internet/tablet. Its not hard to be helpful towards others.

The staff here this morning were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The facility is nice too. Parking is paid so plan for that. Thank you to the staff for your help

Worst service in Long Beach. If your going to get an appointment, go to a different location. Had an appointment at 10am, it’s now 12: 14pm, the workers are very low in staff and one of them mentioned she has a hang over. Unprofessional

Past and present front desk clerks miss mark when it comes to senior hospitality and accommodations. Staff retrieved my thermos only to be stolen by nighttime cleaning crew.

We made an appointment online the night before and preregistered. They had many appointment times available to choose from. Parking was cheap and easy. We walked right in, and were seen by Daisy within 5 minutes. She was gentle and sweet while she drew my daughter’s blood. We were completely finished in 10 minutes total. Definitely recommend!

They shouldn’t take samples if that specific test is unavailable at this office. What kind of weirdos not only waste peoples time
But actually tell you what to do to prepare, have you come back in, take your samples but the specific test is NOT available at this office? Why wouldn’t they call the referring dr or refer you to a quest office that does provide the specific testing? !
