This location needs a receptionist and staff that cares about patients. I had to wait 45 minutes just to drop in 3 specimens 1 if which needed refrigeration. Never going back there again! AWFUL!

This place no longer offers walk-in service. When I went to check-in at the electronic pad, it asked me to set an appointment for times that were only in the afternoon. I came in fasting and was expecting to get my testing done within an hour. Another person ahead of me told me he had the same experience at the Taj Mahal location. He also said there were no morning appointments available for weeks. Well, now I will have to postpone my doctor appointment set for next week.

Easy online scheduling and text message check-in. Short wait. I previously passed out getting blood drawn, but did not this time (!), even with the large order. Caroline was amazing and helped me through with music. See you again next time.

I received excellent attention and service. The tech went out of her way to make sure I had a good experience. I did have to wait a while but I had not made an appointment. They were very busy with walkins.

Waited over an hour after my appointment time. Only had 2 people working and no one at the front. Should have read the reviews before coming to this location.

My teenaged daughter had blood drawn for the first the she could actually recall. She was pretty anxious but kept her cool. The tech knew this. However, on the second vial of blood, from her left arm, she pulled the needle out slightly and BLEW my daughter’s vein. She then proceeded to get the remaining 5 vials from her right arm.
My daughter has excellent veins and this should have never happened. She couldn’t move her left arm for the remaining day and the day after. Her arm is still black and blue.
