13This office is very unprofessional, rude with elderly people and people without appointment they make them wait purposely, for more than 3 hours the supervisor is as rude as her employees does not care what you discuss with her don’t even waist your time on speaking with her. They don’t look happy at what they do. Do not greet the people when are being called to the back. Do not recommend this Quest have been to other Quest and are more professional and don’t make you wait even if you are a walk in.
The service was bad, the nurse that helped my youngest daughter was very difficult.my daughter wanted to answer her age and she told her not to answer as she was a minor. Didn’t get her name, but the service was horrible. Specially on a minor as how she kept calling her …
Horrible service only 2 techs, atleast 20 people waiting. Waiting for over 1 hr with appointment.
This place requires everyone to wear mask but does not provide any also when asking staff for assistance in checking in some staff are rude and tell the patients to just read the check in tablet and follow instructions
Horrible experience for myself a person with disabilities when i scheduled my app it said id get a tex reminder witch i did not. I was 20 min late to my appointment i can not walk im in a wheelchair took me a few min to park get in my chair i understand i was late i was told id have to wait till everyone in the room was called.witch i did took an hour the almost 20 min later they called 5 extra ppl and said again i was late so why they hadnt called me i dont see why they do this to ppl make ppl wait the 20 or how ever many min the are late totaly not understanding i was in pain.and due for my meds at 1242 i still hadnt been helped took a while for them to add me to the system all for just blood wrk some of these employess have lost the passion for their job seem very cold and disconnected its sad because they work with and around sick ppl.
I never had an issue with this place before, but now since "an appointment" is required has complicated things. Most patients from here are sometimes elderly who have no idea how to make an appointment and staff there don't help them. Horrible place. Didn't get the name of the guy at the front desk but he is very rude and lazyyyy.
Very busy, attendees take to long to attend the customers and no one was in the front desk to help elderly register. This service should not take longer than 20min.
Wasn’t even 10 minutes after our appointment and kicked out for being too late because we didn’t know to check into a kiosk. Very rude customer service
Come in early for your appointment and you have to wait hours before being seen. You see an empty chair inside and they still kick you out to wait in the hot sun to give the seat to someone else never wish anyone to come here
Worst experience ever. I came 30 minutes early to my appointment and they said i was to early and couldn't come in only 10 minutes before. Also the staff is so rude and the lady that was at the front even scream at me saying that it wasn't her problem that i was fasting that i could go to other place if i wanted to. I wasn't the only person that was treated so bad. They're getting paid but they act like they're working for free
I had my first visit at the Lynwood location. I needed lab work ordered by my Dr. I decided to schedule the appointment on-line, which was very easy. The place is very clean and organized. The staff promptly open and communicated with patients, efficiently. These ladies are ready to work as soon as they open. I had a good experience and will be bringing my family members here. Keep up the good work!
I've been calling for a week.is there any chance that a "human" will answer my call, I have urgent questions about my exam and no one answers. I think I'll just waste my time.
