190 stars! When are they going to fix this location? It’s becoming unreal. They are barely open and conduct blood draws with the tie off still on the whole time. I was so afraid because she was pulling my arm back while trying to get my blood out. My arm still hurts from that draw. Time before that I was poked 4 times because she couldn’t get my vein. Blood draw needs to be done by a person who knows what they doing. Major damage can be done. No complaint number to call!
Honestly, this place was good when they had a very professional nurses! Now the nurses that you have give terrible service they have a really bad attitude with patients.and i had to be one of them that had this bad experience i took my 2 daughters for blood work and a nurse named (BRIANNA) told me i needed to have an appointment sense they weren't seen walkings anymore raising her voice at me in front of my girls making them get scared.so i left and made an appointment by phone and i went again and once again i had to deal with BRIANNAS attitude my girls didn't want her to do their blood work but i had no option sense the other nurse was stressed out and with her attitude also. So we went in with Brianna and she had no patient with my girls my 12 year old went and she was shaking of how scared she was but finally she was done.then my 7 year old went and she was crying and the nurse told her not to move and put her hand hard because she needed to get her blood done and not to mention leaving my daugther with a bruise this was honestly a night mare.i hope you guys keep your personal on check because this service they give to patients is terrible. Last thing if u guys are not taking any walkings as every nurse says please take the walkings welcome sign off and put by appointment only so the patients know that they need to make an appointment before going to get their blood work.
This place need major repair! Since covid getting proper labs are impossible. It’s has become a waiting game with no front staff to speak to. They service as few people a day as possible. Hours for this locations are to short for the community. Painful blood draws and in the dark not to mention. I don’t know if she realized the light was off but it was.
I wanted to give Quest a 0 one star is to much for sure. I had a Appointment at 10: 55 and was told told they were closing came back at 12: 30 but I would be be a walk-in and my not be helped I've been trying for a week just to get a SimpleSimpleSimple blood test I need before 01-11-23 for my Dr
The worst services I have ever encounter with. I certainly would not trust them with my blood work.
A bad experience I had to wait 3 hours and they to served me. Only one person is work it’s unfair for all of use that have to wait for a long time even people with appointments have to wait that long.
I've been waiting an hour and still I'm not close to being helped. This is a terrible office.
Cori was amazing, went above and beyond. My mother had her appointment at lab Corp and showed up here. Cori took my mom anyways.
I’ve had nothing but great experiences at the Fallbrook location. Staff is up beat and friendly. More offices should be like this.
Dominicka, very poor customer service. She made me wait for an hour and a half to drop off a stool sample. Hopefully it is still useful for testing. The other personel were very professional.
Would not take walk-ins even though website says they will, no appointments available on line, understaffed, rude
I did an appointment to drop off some specimen and surprise they were closed. They are giving times that are not accurate in their system and make you waste your time and money. Sadly there are not more labs covered by my insurance. Make sure they will be open and do not make you feel like a fool waiting for a non existing person.
Beware this is a by appointment only location or at least that's what we were told. There were 3 people in the waiting area. The lady came out and said testing was by appointment only. All 3 of us left and left the waiting room empty. WTH
I felt the staff was nice and did their best to accommodate my needs. They appear to be a little understaffed.
These people are ridiculous. They will argue with you and turn you away if you don't have an appointment. Even to drop off. They don't care! They're all very rude and unprofessional. There used to be amazing employees here and now it's very disappointing. Save yourself a headache and try a different location.
I wish I could give it zero stars, after the worst customer experience I have ever had. I went there 7: 30 a.m. Tuesday, and the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude, and started literally shouting at us while we were trying figure out to get our test done. When we asked her a question about scheduling an appointment she began ranting about how "we were the ones needing the blood test and we needed her, " so we better not "talk back" because she is "just as tough as we are. " I have never felt so insulted, and she refused to lower her tone, even with my daughter crying. We skipped the appointment, and are never, EVER, returning again.
There is a reason that this Quest location has such a bad rating. The reviews are NOT an exaggeration, customer service is non existent. Do they ever monitor how their employees are interacting with the patients? On Monday 3/21/22 at 7: 30 a.m. Patients were subjected to the most unprofessional and rude person I've ever seen at the front desk of a medical office, and I'm assuming she gets paid to be there. The tension in that waiting area was bad. I left promptly, before I let behavior breed behavior. A huge disappointment, I will be asking my Doctor to send me anywhere else for my blood work. Avoid the nightmare, it's not worth it!
Long waiting time at my last visit. I had to fast for the blood draw, so I arrived at 7: 45. I was still waiting at 8: 45. I had to leave because I was feeling faint and got a headache because of no food or coffee.
Get an appt prior online, really because other wise it can be a long wait.
Michelle was my phlebotomist and she was great!
