This place sucks. Came on time with an appointment but they told me I had to register as a walk in. I showed them my appointment, and I was having trouble checking in. Instead of helping me, they made a walk in? Are you serious? Their excuse was you passed 10 min from your appointment! My appointment was at 1: 30, I spoke to them at 1: 35! How is that 10 mins passed my appointment?

If I could give 0 I would. I waited 15 min after my appointment time only to be turned away because my mask broke in the parking lot and they wouldn't provide one nor would anyone in the building. If they had anyone working reception and not just an empty desk I could have run home while I waited in line.

This Quest lab, there costumer service it's more than poor, the office staff at 801 South Chevy chase Drive in Glendale, the office staff are arrogant and lousy pseudo laboratorians workers who do Not have the human quality expected from a place like this,
They should consider giving them a severe reprimand for their lack of professionalism

I think this place could benefit from having a human being check everyone in rather than their digital systems. I’m someone who is proficient with technology and was having troubles, I can’t imagine what many of the other (older) patients felt as they were struggling to check in properly.

The facility itself was pretty dirty as well, the bathroom needed to be mopped, the floors were filthy, and overall the place just felt gross.

When I did finally get called, I informed the technician that I needed a place to lie down since I tend to faint whenever I have blood drawn. They had a bed for me but the pillow and bed itself weren’t covered in any sanitary paper, which was a bit concerning for me.

When I did lay down and she started to draw my blood, I started to feel faint and the phlebotomist stopped the draw. I asked for juice and they didn’t have any which honestly surprised me for a place like this where I’m sure they have fainters all the time. In the end I’ll need to come back because my blood pressure was so low but I’ll definitely be going to a different quest.

The stuff is very rude. They make you feel very uncomfortable like they hate their job and trying to take it out on the patients. Sitting in the waiting room heard the lady that works there yell at couple of patients and be very rude.

I would give 1 half star if I could. The people there were rude and had horrible service, employees were unprofessional. I don’t recommend going there.

Everything works fine in the business only thing that is not helpful or I have a problem with is when I have an order to complete but the employee cannot find it or I have to specifically ask and direct them to my exact tests and lab orders and which doctor to get the test done by and specifically know the test and my requested tests if not I won't get all my tests complete but it really matters on the employee that is completing your tests have had some that find them all perfectly and everything works great and I've had some employees that can't even find my lab orders and I cannot get them complete or they can't even process my insurance correctly so honestly it really matters on the lab employee that is doing your tests
I've had some that are amazing and some that are a complete burden.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! There is no staff monitoring the lobby, digital check in only and unfortunately, most of the lobby was filled with elderly clients (who had an extremely hard time with digital check ins). The nurses would only open the back doors for a small moment in time to bring people in and they would literally bark @ any of the questions they got. So sad, so rude!

Went to this location after AC was out at a different location. Had an appointment but it didn’t show up when I signed in. Just make sure to have your confirmation code with you to avoid this issue. I forgot to bring mine. The wait was about 15-20 mins as a walk in. The appointment was for my baby and the staff was super nice. If you have an infant, ASK FOR WALTER!
My baby didn’t even cry. She was so happy. Highly recommend this location if you have to bring your infant for blood work.

Walk in the unmarked door at either corner of the building closest to E. Garfield, find the elevator to Floor G, then you will see signs for Suite 50.

Like other Quest locations, there’s very little signage, parking is not clear… if you’re more than 10 minutes late their automated checkin system cancels your appointment and puts you on a ‘who knows how long’ waiting list. No human was available at the checkin desk, and all other doors are closed, so there’s not really anyone to answer questions.

MARTHA is the worst person to get blood drawn. She is distracted and too much in a rush to do a good job. LATONIA was defending Martha when my grandpa complained about how poorly she did. She lost a lot of blood from a simple blood test.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR OLDER LOVED ONES HERE.

Marcus and Martha need to stop screaming at patients. The workers are hostile, rude, and have horrible manners. They have an attitude and ignore patients needs. They are especially rude and hostile towards older patients who can’t stand up for themselves. (I’d give ZERO stars if it was possible)

STAY AWAY!
My mother had a nervous breakdown from how poorly she was treated? ,? , &? Ganged up on my mother who has a life threatening health condition. The security for the building spoke with the cops to vouche how poorly they treat patients.

My mother got a number and waited over an hour and they denied service but called in someone else who got a number after her. She has a very serious health condition and is closely monitored so she has her blood drawn every single week. It's a very quick process and they decided they were done working for the day even though they had told her to get a number as a walk in and wait. She asked for their names and supervisor number. They denied giving it to her and called the cops since she wouldn't leave without their information to make a complaint. They only gave the supervisor number until I went back to confront them after seeing for upset my mom was. They lied saying they didn't deny giving their names or number when in fact I was listening from my moms phone because she had called me crying.

These people do not have the emotional intelligence and communication skills needed for this job. I wouldn’t wish anyones parents experiencing what my mother had experienced.

Latonia, Martha and Marcus should self reflect on their socially undesirable behavior.

I wish I could give these workers half a star. Very unprofessional work from? ,? , &? It was very upsetting to hear my mom call my sister and I crying. She has a life threatening health condition. The security for the building spoke with the police officer who they called prior to my mom trying to understand why they didn’t call her number when hers was earlier than the one they.

Being lied to and unprofessionally handling a patient with no care, making her seem as if she is insane and threatening to call the cops on her. Will never ever go back to Quest. To the CEO running this place or this certain laboratory I would advise you to reconsider these certain people for not understanding how to work with patients. Latonia, Martha and Marcus have a trouble with these measures. On the Quest diagnostics website I noticed that is mentioning the resources for patients which includes safety and having these 3 working for you really makes a hazard for patients with life threatening conditions to constantly go to them. They do not follow up with this specific policy that is mentioned so please review your workers carefully.

unprofessional, rude and do not welcome their patients in a safe environments and have issues with communication skills I really hope they get placed in another center because they do not know how to work with people.
To add to this i understand that your response will most likely, probably be along the lines of “ We will be forwarding this feedback to our leadership team in the region for a follow-up with our staff. ” I hope you do more and for them to evaluate what really happens behind closed doors and how they represent the name of Quest Diagnostics.

I have visited this location three times this year. It is a horrible place to get tested. This place is dirty. The entire staff is always rude, grumpy and in a bad mood for some reason any time of the day. They are most hostile individuals. What a horrible place to get tested. Even if you make an appointment, they'll make you wait so long. You are unwelcome here.

They tried to charge me $350 when my insurance caps lab visits at $40. Walked out the door immediately and called my insurance to confirm.

This place is a sham
