This place is ridiculous, never such bad customer service in my life. I came with my clients to get blood work done and they had the audacity to turn me away. What I was told was no walk ins after 3pm which is understandable. What isn’t is the fact it was 20min to 3. And when I told him it’s 2: 40 he responded with close enough. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. From a professional stand point and the fact I have clients to take care of this is unacceptable. Now I’m screwed.

Every time I visit this establishment, I am treated with dignity and respect. All associates are most professional, friendly and efficient.
Highly recommend these folks.

I had a very displeasing experience in this location. One staff in particular named Layla or Laila (not sure if this is the way her name is spelled.) However she was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment for my children as I asked my children to wait for me in the car I walked in the office to check them in. Laila noticed I wasn’t wearing a mask. She immediately charged at me in the presence of other patients about not wearing a mask. I asked if she can provide me with one, and she said “no where is yours? ” So I responded to her that “I wasn’t aware that I needed one. ” As per the CDC Covid-19 implementations and regulations have ended during this time.
When I asked her for a mask for the second time, she tossed it at me and walked out to the waiting area where I was and got in front my face as if she was going to strike at me. I highly regret coming to this location. This is was my first and will be the last time I’ll be visiting this office as I have never encounter anything close to this repugnant experience with other quest diagnostic laboratories. She certainly is not equipped for this role and has giving this location it bad reputation.

It is pretty bad here I have been here for 2 hours and they say they will help me if someone doesn't shownup for their appointment there have been a couple people that don't show up and they still don't call us in its pretty messed up that they have people waiting this long just to take a drug test which don't even take long at all to do I would not go here at all again even if it's close to my house it is such a waste of time an I been holding it in for a very long time

Horrible experience! I went the day before arrived at 2: 45. Checked in (I was a walk in) they came out about 3pm and inform they do not do drug test past 3: 30pm? I said okay I will be back tomorrow. Lady I spoke to (gray hair) said they open at 6am. I showed up today 8am again checked in as a walk in. Another (lady) informed me that drug test do not start until 9am. I was welcomed to wait or come back. At this point I go over to the kiosk they have (where you check in) and was able to secure an appointment at 10: 30am. I came back checked in 10: 20, same lady from previous day (gray hair) starts asking who is here for a drug test that the person that does them is not here! So we need to go elsewhere. All this back amd forth for nothing. Do not waste your time dgo elsewhere if you need a drug test for pre employment

The employees there are completely useless and rude, I wanted to drop of a sample that I was specifically informed i did not need and appointment, but the lady did not want to take my sample and said I needed an appointment to drop off a sample, and now she has compromised my test sample and overall health

It is very quick and efficient by making your appointment online. Phlebotomist Danielle did an exceptional job and explained me the process very thoroughly and was done in no time. Quest needs to hire more personal like Danielle who makes you feel welcomed and has great customer service.

Rude front desk staff. I try not to go. People are complaining but Quest doesn't care about their customers.

Went here for a blood test and a breath test. Check in with smooth through the kiosk, and I only waited about 5 minutes before I was called. All the procedures was done smoothly as well. And the employee helping me out was kind. Was honestly nervous after I saw the reviews because they were so low, I almost canceled my appointment just go to the one on main st. I only been to 2 other Quest Diagnostics, and this one is by far the better one out of the 3 I went to.

Arrived at 145 pm and checked in for drug testing. Was told at 3 pm they stop drug testing at 230. Waste of time. Also please inform people that masks are required not recommended. No less then 10 people arrived only to find out it’s a requirement. Horrible customer service.

I do not advise anyone who has blood drawn, I advise not to go to that place because they deal with people badly and with an unsmiling face, and they are late for appointments,

In order to get schedule an appointment you have to call a dumb machine, and it suggests you a certain date, after you're ready to confirm it tells you that it has been filled. No one ever picks up the phone. No one is at the front desk either!

This place was great! I made an appointment online and it was such a simple process. When I arrived, I used the check-in text link they sent me and easily checked in over the phone. They called my name and quickly drew my blood. The staff is really nice too! From all the other reviews and people I've seen and heard in this place, it's easy to say that you need to do or learn how to do everything online. If you don't you're gonna have a bad time. And don't take your lack of technological skills out on the staff who have to deal with people like you all day. YOU need to learn how to do things yourself and not have told like a child how to correctly do things.

We made an appointment over the phone and the system wrote our information down incorrectly. We couldn't sign in on the kiosk and waited for someone to come to the front desk to help us. There was a lot of chatter in the back room but no one was attending us. When someone arrived, they were unhelpful and demeaning. They blamed us for not checking in "on time" even though there was no way for them to verify that.

I'll give a star for one of the employees apologizing after the fact and explaining why we had to be on the waiting list. The blood draw was smooth.

Took my nephew today and i had checked in online.i was literally 4 mins late from finding parking and then i waited at the counter for about 10 minsters with nobody in sight.so now hes really missed his appt and when the Asian worker came to ask me finally what i needed she had a rude attitude and said we were late and continued to lecture me like if i was a child.not knowing how long wed been standing there.we literally must have just missed them call his name and she tells me that they will Try and fit him in.keep in mind theres someone there for a 110 appt and its 1245 and there was only two people besides us.so she takes all of them even though they are way early for there appointment, just to prove her point.never taking him here again.the people in the back are to busy laughing and talking about food instead of working. Whoever runs this facility should find professional employees in my opinion

I normally don't leave reviews but I wanted to save other people from this place. Honestly I came into this place and thought this would be a simple blood draw but ended up wasting my time and energy with this passive aggressive lady. We had trouble working with the machine upfront and she would mock us and yell at us because of that. The only somewhat decent thing about this place was person that actually helped came out to us personally and explained the process so that we have a better experience next time. I'd recommend just saying your time and not going at all, there are plenty of other places that will draw your blood without hassle.
