Family member went there to get blood work and the guy helping her was asking a lot of questions. Family was trying to answer but also couldn’t understand why they wouldn’t know what doctor sent over the request. Since she was getting upset and I guess someone in office didn’t like it and told them they were being rude not the employee and asked her to leave. Well I don’t know about you but I have been in medical and management for over 25 years and if a patient is getting upset you need to pull them aside and ask them what’s wrong to see both sides. Not just want to kick them out. They made her feel so bad about it never even asked her why she was upset or did something happen. To me those people should not be helping patients or in any time of customer service at all.

Rude staff (tall, long hair, large built body) not very accommodating, especially to elderly. Her approach is not respectful. She doesn’t explain the procedure that she’s going to do. Please have empathy. Wasia is a very good staff.

I’ve been here a couple times and have encountered the rudest staff. I will avoid this location from now on. If you want to be spoken to condescendingly by a young girl on a power trip, this place is for you. Oh, and if you’re unable to get an appt, just don’t even bother because they’ll refuse to see you.

Office new look is awesome, the technician that I had was friendly and informative.

Newly remodeled space for this Quest site. Very nice setup that now uses digital kiosk units for quick and easy check-ins. Staff has always been super polite and professional. Will return for bloodwork when needed.

Used to be good but not any more. Rude staff. They "lose" samples and they don't honer appointments that are too close to closing time. It's faster and easier to go to Labcorp in Stockton even though you have to drive to Stockton
