Absolutely horrible service and the nurses are very rude! I tried for 3 days to make an appointment and the system kept erroring so I went as a walk in and waited over an hour and couldn’t get a update on how much longer. In an hour they called 4 people ridiculous! Must do better

I’m not sure why this place gets bad reviews.

Super convenient location with easy parking. The front staff are efficient but I would not say they’re unfriendly at all. They just have dozens of patients to cycle through daily. On a Tuesday morning with no appointment, I was in and out for routine blood work in less than an hour. Second time I’ve come to this location this summer and I’ve been pleased.

Look - it’s a laboratory. They’re efficient and get it done. Clean, quick, and easy. I’ll definitely be back as long as my doctor requires folks to steal my blood.

Incredibly rude employees. Ridiculous wait times even with appointments. No redeemable qualities. Recommend any other location.

Horrible staff SILVIA Sylvia however you spell her name. I waited so long to get seen only to be told I had to come after their lunch break. I was let in to use their restroom by another staff member. Then Silvia starts banging on my restroom door and yelling like a crazy person. When I stepped out the restroom she yelled for me to leave and that I’m not suppose to use the restroom, she threw her hands shooing me away while yelling. Total disrespect. I stepped out and addressed her unacceptable behavior/attitude. Unbelievable. Very rude and disrespectful lady. She’s going to disrespect the wrong person one day!

I wasn't able to book an appointment online (no time slots available), so I arrived at 8am as a walk in. Waited all of 5 minutes and was the second person called back, to my surprise. Anjila was my phlebotomist and she was great! Made me laugh while she drew my blood, so I didn't even notice. Had a great experience at this Quest Diagnostics.

Absolutely maddening. Had an appointment for 2: 10 and waited for over an hour. When I asked the front desk about when I’d be seen I was told that they no longer take samples after 2: 30 - even though I HAD A LEGITIMATE APPOINTMENT. She pointed to a sign on the door that indicated the 2: 30 cutoff, but the website says they close at 4.

Horribly rude and incompetent staff. Amazed they’ve been open for so long. Better Business Bureau, where you at?

Went in 15 minutes prior to their posted closing time but they wouldn’t serve me because “we’re closing. ” That is not how you serve the public. If your business is open, you’re open till the actual time you close, no matter who walks in the door during business hours. Shame on you, Quest Diagnostics.

If you say you're open til 4: 00 then stay open til 4: 00! I lost a high paying job because you lazy bums can't cut it til 4: 00. No wonder why you work there, probably couldn't cut it anywhere else. Pathetic.
I know writing this review is pointless since Quest is not a customer service company, it's a needs-base company so no matter how terrible they are, we still need to go there for certain services. But maybe others will see this and show up earlier. Unless you have an emergency like myself and have to break laws just to make it on time. But lower your standards because even if you make it before closing time, those lazy bums might just close the door anyway so they can go about their sad lives that much earlier. They might not think 10 minutes is a big deal, but they just lost me a $200k job. Thanks a lot

Do not come here under any circumstances - I don’t care if you’re dying, sick, or you even need shelter from a natural disaster.

Terrible place. It is impossible to specify a schedule time for passing a urine test. Even if you want to go to the restroom you will wait more hours before it's your turn. Waste of time

The staff especially SILIVA is very unprofessional. A woman was here since they opened & other walk ins were picked before her. They were not going in order on the waiting list that’s displayed. I gave my spot to this woman because it’s extremely unfair and when she asked why this is taking so long Silva yelled at her the whole time. Very unprofessional

Worst diagnostic center ever visited in my life, The lady named Silvia was really rude, I went with an appointment and she said that we are closed we don't do the test after 12 pm but my appointment was scheduled for 3 and I arrived before my time and they are really rude I was trying to scan and confirm my appointment she started yelling at me and said I told you that it won't work we are not doing it anymore go somewhere else
