DO NOT GO HERE!

Went there with an appointment and the testing center made us wait for almost 1.5 hours. There is no customer service front desk whatsoever. The staff is just like zero on courtesy. May be they do not get paid to minimum. Like smile at people or be accommodating. I do not recommend visiting this place at all.

I was really hoping every review of this place was wrong. I just needed a simple vile of blood and yet two people could not find a vein first time ever in my life. No doctor nurse phlebotomist has ever had an issue finding a vein. Go to literally any other location.

Waited an hour and a half before they tell me they dont have my lab order from my doctor.if there was at least a front desk that couldve been avoided.then the labs doctor that took me back proceeded to justify the long wait and lack of a check in process at all, saying its my mistake that i dont have paper lab orders.called my doctors office and it was really their mistake.had them fax over the blood work order.they did not keep me updated on the status of the fax after telling me as soon as they receive it they’ll have me for the blood work.once they received it 30 minutes later after it wasnt sent again originally and i had to follow up with my doctors office again, these quest ppl put me all the way at the back of the line and said id have to wait for everyone else to be done before it was my turn again.i said ive been here longer than any of these people (2.5 hours at this point) and mentioned that they said they would take me back as soon as they received the fax.they basically shrugged me off and i had to leave, ended up wasting 2.5 hours of my precious time.this review only took me 5 minutes to write in comparison so im more than happy to leave an honest review about my “experience”. Go anywhere else for bloodwork and have an appointment beforehand because they absolutely go out of their way to inconvenience you, dilly dally behind the closed door and absent check-in process, even if you have everything you need.

So I read all the comments and I have decided to use these people for my diagnostic needs and let me tell you everything that people complained about the actually did do my appointment was at 11: 00 and it took me in at 10: 50 they sat me down in the chair to draw blood she took my vitals and also was working on the computer when she was ready to draw blood she wore gloves and then told me to pee in a cup she gave me the cup with the wipes that was very professional don't believe everything that you read you have to try them out I had a good experience at this office

Scheduled an appointment. They were so dang behind. You can’t to all to anyone. There is no front window and the service bell is covered with a white piece of paper that says “DO NOT TOUCH! ”

It is the worst laboratory, poor service, how is it possible that you have to wait hours to deliver a test?

Even if you have an appointment they are over an hour behind. One person drawing blood, then one goes on break, which is fine everyone is entitled to a break, but when they get back it takes them over 15 minutes to get back and call people while they see the waiting room is full! They need to hire more people as they are always busy! Then you ask and they tell you I’m the only one here! It’s a joke. Go to Labcorp they have a lot more staff and actual people behind the counter and at least 3+ people working to draw blood.

Just go early in the morning for shorter waits. Walk in waits were 15-20 mins and they were super nice. I’ve been here twice and I didn’t find any issues each time.

Holly whatever. This office is the dirtiest office I have ever been to. It looks nothing like medical office. The phlebotomist put the gloves on to draw my blood and then ran out to get something in the storage, then her phone ring and she answered, then she checked computer, then she start drawing blood. My appointment was at 11 they took me in at 11: 45 and make me sit with the the foot stool next to me in the chair for another 5 min. Floor was nasty, they didn't give wipes for urine test. Bathroom was dirty too.

Understaffed, long lines, no walk-ins accepted and it's hard to get an appointment. But the stuff is wonderful there just not enough of them

Like others, I would give negative stars if possible. This review is for the whole company. Quest has gotten rid of receptionists which leaves you unable to ask basic questions when you arrive. Making an appointment online is nearly impossible—the website needs a serious redesign. Why make people enter their personal info over and over only to find out the selected appointment time is no longer available? Can’t I just choose a new time and go from there? No, I have to go all the way back to step one, choosing a location. Then entering ALL personal info (name address etc) again. Only to be told THAT slot is no longer available. Trying to get in as a walk in is a shot in the dark. Could be minutes, could be hours. Sick people have enough on their plate without this frustration. Shame on you Quest.

Scheduled an appointment at 8: 30 am. It's 9 am right now. Still waiting. We scheduled an appointment so we do NOT have to wait fasting and need to go back to work. Unacceptable.

Worst experience there is no humans in this office. I’m all for self help but this is ridiculous. The kiosk tells me I can’t be helped to come back. The phone number it provides says they are closed because they only run east coast hours.

Since I can’t review this place twice I’ll just update this one. Another horrible experience. I schedule an appointment. Check in and wait forever. No updates no explanation as to why I’m left waiting nothing. Took a week just to get the appointment so I have no option but to sit here and wait. So ridiculous. Quest you are destroying health care
