Bad service and long wait.don’t do walk-ins, they only keep everyone waiting that I just decided to leave.
Horrible! I work in a health Care facility and we do not make our walk in’s wait more than 3hrs+ Of course appointments are preferred but 3hrs+ for walk in it’s just ridiculous! Not one single walk in who checked in at 8am has been called. And it’s 11am. Seniors are walking in with no one in the front office to help check in at the kiosk, I had to help multiple seniors to check in.ridiculous!
The waiting times are way too long. Some of us need to take meds at certain times but labs need to be taken fasting. There is no one to talk to for questions. Making an appointment is not easy 3 times I tried and by the time you are done filling out your info the appt is taken.
This place is awful, the phone number they list just runs you around in circles. Nobody ever answers. This is what medical patients get. I really hope this place is reported to a healthcare department
I must say that I hate everything about Quest! Make an appointment, late 11 minutes and they bump you to standbye for a two hour wait. Make an appointment, get there early, you still have a 2hr wait. Call customer service for help to get my results that don't appear on my portal, there's Noone to talk to. Go to the facility to get my results, there's Noone there to talk to.
Lady that comes out to call people is obviously miserable in her profession of choice. Worst attitude ever
I do appointment on line was easy and get there no much waiting time personal do great job and quick very helpful if someone complain against this office is just unhappy people this place is good
My 1st time here as a walk-in was done very quickly, arrived at 10: 40 am and was done at 10: 55 am.very professional atmosphere without any attitudes.the one drawing blood from me was very kind and I would recommend this place to do lab work.of course if you get here early as a walk-in there's not a long wait.
